Decorative materials that utilize a top coat of paint to bring out the wood grain, decorative materials that utilize a foamed vinyl chloride decorative sheet with cushioning properties attached to a substrate to make it feel soft, and various abstract patterns that are attached to a substrate. The decorative material was a decorative material that took advantage of the printed pattern, in which a transparent top coat was applied either smoothly or unevenly to the top surface of the decorative board printed with .

However, compared to flooring or plywood-based wood composite decorative boards, veneer pieces are more expensive due to the depletion of wood, and the construction is complicated as the veneer pieces are pasted one by one, and it is difficult to install them using adhesives. Because it was constructed on-site, it could not be done by a carpenter, so it was not versatile.

板貼り化粧板の製造方法に関する。[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention uses adhesive to form a thick piece of veneer on the upper surface of the board, the peripheral part of which is chamfered, to form a desired pattern. After the veneer is pasted and used as a decorative veneer, the surface of the veneer is coated with colored paint, and then when thick veneer is attached, the colored paint is left in the grooves formed by the veneer and the conduit grooves of the veneer. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a veneered decorative board, which comprises: first scraping off the colored paint on the flat parts, and finally overcoating the surface of the decorative board with a transparent paint.

Next, to emphasize the wood grain pattern, use a reverse coater or cloth puff roller. The colored paint (8) is left in the groove recesses (5) and the conduit grooves, and at the same time, the colored paint (8) on the flat parts is scraped off and dried. The purpose of applying the above wiping color to the decorative board (8) is to emphasize the wood texture.
This is to make the wood grain pattern and the veneer piece look more three-dimensional by finishing the groove recesses (5) and the vessel grooves darker than the flat areas.
