[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention is a composite decorative board used for construction on the floor of a house, etc., which has grooves and recesses along the pattern formed by the veneer pieces adhered to the surface. This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a veneered decorative board rich in wood texture and three-dimensionality.

[Conventional technology] Wood composite decorative boards with plywood as a substrate have been widely used as flooring and wall materials for houses, and the main method is to apply a transparent top coat to the surface of a veneer adhered to a plywood board. We offer decorative materials that are coated with paint to bring out the wood grain, decorative materials that have a foamed vinyl chloride decorative sheet with cushioning properties attached to the substrate to make it feel soft, and various abstract patterns that are attached to the substrate. It was a decorative material that took advantage of the printed pattern, in which a transparent top coat was applied either smoothly or unevenly to the top surface of a printed decorative board.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] Each of the various decorative materials mentioned above has its own unique look and feel, but with the diversification and luxury of housing, there are Increasingly, there are many construction methods in which veneer pieces are combined to form various patterns and pasted one by one to the base material, similar to pasting tiles. However, compared to flooring or plywood-based wood composite decorative boards, veneer pieces are more expensive due to the depletion of wood, and the construction is complicated as the veneer pieces are pasted one by one, and it is difficult to install them using adhesives. Since it was constructed on-site, it could not be done by a carpenter, so it was not versatile.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention involves protruding a thick piece of veneer with a chamfered peripheral part onto the upper surface of a substrate using an adhesive to form a desired pattern. After pasting and pasting to create a decorative board, the surface of the decorative board is prime coated with colored paint, and then the flat parts are coated so that the colored paint remains in the grooves formed by the butted parts of the thick veneer and the conduit grooves of the veneer. This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a veneered decorative board, which comprises scraping off the colored paint and finally overcoating the surface of the decorative board with a transparent paint.

The thick veneer 4 to be pasted is a hard veneer with clear wood grain such as zelkova, oak, sen, shioji, etc. with a thickness of 2.5 mm or more, or adhesive 2 is applied to the above hard veneer with a thickness of 2.5 mm or less. A backing board 3 made of plywood or thick veneer is pasted through the board, and the backing board 3 is cut into approximately rectangular, trapezoidal, triangular, etc. shapes depending on the desired pattern.

In addition, when the four pieces of thick veneer are joined together using a cutting machine such as a cutter, a chamfering process is applied to half the groove so that a groove is formed around the joint. A groove having the same shape as the groove is also formed on the inside of the plate 4. Examples of the groove shape include a U groove, a V groove, and a square groove.

The adhesive 2 for attaching the thick veneer 4 to the upper surface of the substrate 1 may be a commonly used vinyl acetate resin emulsion type adhesive, urea resin type, melamine resin type, phenol resin type, rubber type adhesive, etc. Adhesive 2 is applied to the top surface of the substrate 1 using a coating machine such as a roller spreader, and thick veneer plates 4 are arranged on top of it to form a unique pattern as shown in Figure 1. , heat press and bond using a press machine such as a hot press. Next, after polishing the surface of this decorative board 6 with a sander or the like, the entire surface is coated with a colored paint 8.

Next, in order to emphasize the wood grain pattern, the colored paint 8 is left in the groove recesses 5 and the conduit grooves using a reverse coater or cloth buff roller, and at the same time the colored paint 8 on the flat areas is scraped off and dried. The reason for applying the above-mentioned wiping coloring to the decorative board 6 is to emphasize the wood texture and to make the wood grain pattern and the veneer piece look more three-dimensional by finishing the groove recesses 5 and vessel grooves darker than the flat parts.

Next, coat the surface of this decorative board with transparent amino alkyd resin in an amount of 60 to 70 g/ m2 using a roller coater, and after drying, apply the same paint again in an amount of 80 to 70 g/m2.
Top coat was applied at 100 g/m 2 using a flow coater and dried.
In this way, we were able to obtain the desired wood composite floorboard with a rich three-dimensional effect from the veneer pieces.

[Effects of the Invention] Since the decorative board of this invention is manufactured by the method described above, it is possible to inexpensively produce a decorative board with a rich three-dimensional effect that looks like natural veneer pieces are pasted one by one in a pattern. It is easy to install because it is attached to a large board.
