[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] This invention is a decorative board used for walls, ceilings, floors, etc. of houses, etc., and has a surface that emphasizes a plurality of parallel narrow grooves and a wood grain pattern. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a decorative board with salient poles.

[Prior art] Conventionally, decorative boards with salient poles, which have narrow grooves on the surface and emphasize the wood grain pattern of the salient poles, have been applied to wooden substrates such as plywood and particle boards, silicic acid lucium boards, and gypsum boards. After attaching the salient poles to the surface of the inorganic substrate using a common adhesive, coloring agent is rubbed over the entire surface, and then multiple thin grooves are cut parallel to the long sides of the substrate using a cutter or saw. The methods used include cutting, then painting the inside of the narrow groove in a desired color, flocking short fibers, pasting thin paper tape, and finally applying a topcoat.

By the way, since the narrow grooves are cut down to the substrate as described above, it is necessary to use a relatively thick substrate with a thickness of at least 3 mm or more, preferably 41 mm or more, to achieve uniform depth and width and to make the surface finish. It is not possible to give a three-dimensional appearance to the appearance of the board.

Furthermore, in the case of decorative boards made of plywood or particle board, the thickness of the chip layer on the surface of the veneer that makes up the plywood or the surface that makes up the particle board is only 0.5 to 1.0.
Because it is very thin, about the size of a peng, when cutting is performed to form grooves, the core veneer with the fiber direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the decorative veneer and the very coarse core layer chips are exposed on the surface. do. If wood is cut in a direction perpendicular to its fiber direction, the cut end will become fluffy and the cut surface will not be beautiful. Therefore, if the core board of plywood or the core layer chips of particle board are cut with a cutter or saw, , that part becomes fuzzed, and the inside of the narrow grooves of the decorative board end up with a very unsightly finish. In addition, the core veneer of the plywood is made of a lower quality veneer than the front veneer, so the color tone and texture are different. Coarse-grained veneers are often joined together, and in such cases it is necessary to unify the color tone within the grooves, so a large amount of dark-colored paint is applied to the grooves or thin paper tape is pasted. There were problems such as the fact that the production of decorative laminates required very labor-intensive work.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an embossed roll having a plurality of parallel small convex portions on the surface of a decorative board having salient poles adhered to the upper surface of the substrate. Or, it pertains to a method for manufacturing a decorative laminate, which comprises pressing with a stamping board to form a plurality of narrow grooves, then rubbing a colored paint onto the surface of the decorative laminate, and then applying a transparent paint to the surface. .

Figure 2 shows the surface of a decorative board in which a salient pole veneer with a thickness of 0.3 mm is pasted on a brickwork pattern on a plywood surface with a thickness of 12 cm, a diameter of 3 cm (1.3 cm, and a length of 180 cm). Using a metal roll as shown, press it using an embossed roll that matches the joint part of the salient pole veneer attached to the surface of the roll, and press it with a width of 1 and a depth of 0.
.. A 5 liter narrow groove was formed by press-fitting. Next, 7 parts by weight of a blackish brown pigment was added to 13 parts by weight of the 7-mino alkyd resin transparent paint over the entire surface of the decorative board, and a coloring agent diluted with 80 parts by weight of a solvent was applied using a sponge roll.
Use a steel roll to rub the coloring agent on the flat areas into the pipe recesses and narrow grooves of the salient pole, and at the same time scrape off the coloring agent on the flat areas to emphasize the wood grain pattern and narrow grooves, and then insert it into the dryer for 50 minutes.
It was dried at ~60°C for about 5 to 10 minutes. Next, approximately 80g/rd of transparent amino alkyd resin paint is applied to the entire surface of the decorative board using a flow coater, and then it is placed in a dryer to dry, beautifully highlighting the wood grain pattern and narrow grooves of the desired salient poles. Obtained a decorative board.

C Effects of the Invention] Since the decorative board of this invention is manufactured by the method described above, ■ the material of the core board or core layer is coarse, such as plywood or particle board, or the substrate of a different color is used. Since a thin groove is formed on the surface of the salient pole-attached decorative board so that the salient pole can be pushed into the board while covering the surface, the inside of the groove can be removed without exposing the core plate or core layer chip on the surface of the decorative board. It is possible to produce beautiful decorative panels with salient poles without any fuzz or color differences.

■ After forming narrow grooves on the surface of the decorative board, colored paint is applied to the entire surface, and the coloring agent is scraped off on the flat surface as if the coloring agent is being rubbed in, so that the wood grain pattern and narrow grooves on the surface of the salient poles do not overlap with other surfaces. The color becomes darker than the other parts, emphasizing the wood grain pattern, and there is no need to paint the narrow grooves, which simplifies the manufacturing process.
