Such grooved decorative boards have hitherto been most commonly manufactured by cutting grooves on the surface by cutting. However, in this case, since there is a difficulty in finishing the inner surface of the groove after cutting, recently, various methods for producing a grooved decorative plate in which a surface decorative layer is continuously present on the inner surface of the groove have been proposed. ing.

One of the prior proposal techniques is, as seen in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-1765, after the V groove is formed on the required substrate surface,
After sticking a wood veneer for makeup on the flat surface between each V groove with the side edges protruding in an overlapping manner on the groove, fold the above side edges of this veneer to both side surfaces of the V groove. It is to be attached. However, according to this method, a large number of individual decorative veneers that are independent of each other depending on the number of decorative grooves are required, and they must be individually arranged and adhered on the substrate in an accurate arrangement. In addition, each makeup veneer itself,
Since the width dimension requires a considerably strict accuracy, it is practically unsuitable for industrial production and has a fundamental problem that the cost becomes high.

Further, as another prior proposal technique, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 61-29541, after a decorative sheet is attached to a substrate, the plate surface is fixed with an embossing roll or an embossing plate having an embossing ridge having a V-shaped cross section. A method has been proposed in which a narrow groove corresponding to the above-mentioned ridge is press-fitted by pressing. However,
In the case of this method, it is necessary not to break the decorative sheet in the portion where the cosmetic groove is formed, and since the embossing is performed on the premise of that, the depth of the furrow groove is 0.4 mm to at most 0.6 mm. There is another problem that it is impossible to provide a decorative plate having a sufficient three-dimensional effect because the decorative plate cannot be made extremely shallow.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention uses the technique of embossing to form grooves,
Contrary to the conventional idea, rather conversely, by cutting the decorative sheet on the surface straight in the central part of the groove, by covering it only on both upper side surfaces of the groove,
By exposing the substrate material to the inner surface of the lower portion of the groove while allowing the formation of a sufficiently deep groove, other secondary advantages can be enjoyed.

That is, according to the present invention, a large number of grooves having a substantially V-shaped cross section are formed by cutting on the surface of a flat substrate made of a wood material, and then the surface of the grooved substrate is bonded to the surface of the wood veneer with an adhesive. Then, the decorative sheet is temporarily attached in a stacked manner, and then a cut is made in the decorative sheet at each central portion of the groove, and at a corresponding position of the groove, a width and a height larger than the width and height of the groove are formed, and By heat-pressing the surface of the decorative plate with a die-pressing roll or die-pressing plate having a ridge for press-fitting, whose tip has an acute angle and both sides are gently curved inward and has a V-shaped cross section,
A decorative groove having a shape corresponding to the press-fitting ridge, in which the press-fitting ridge is forcibly press-fitted into the groove of the substrate to push and widen the groove of the substrate and the groove wall portion is compressed. A gist is a method for producing a grooved decorative plate, characterized in that an upper part is covered with the decorative sheet and a decorative groove is formed on the inner surface of the lower part to expose the substrate material, and at the same time, the decorative sheet is bonded and integrated with the substrate. .

As the decorative sheet (2), a wood veneer having a thickness of about 0.2 to 1.0 mm is used. As the wood veneer, a laminated veneer obtained by slicing a laminated material may be used in addition to a usual veneer, or a previously dyed veneer may be used. Furthermore, as the wood veneer, it is not always necessary to use one piece corresponding to the size of the substrate, and a plurality of veneers may be attached side by side on the substrate so as not to create a gap. in this case,
It is preferable that the joint portion of the single plate is arranged in the central portion of the groove described later as much as possible.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the surface of the temporarily attached decorative plate (A) of the decorative sheet (4) is cut (6).
Is heated and pressed by using an embossing plate (10) or an embossing roll having a press-fitting ridge (9) having a substantially V-shaped cross section at a position corresponding to. By this heat embossing, the decorative sheet (4)
Both sides of the notch (6) are pushed into the groove (2) of the substrate (1), and the upper portions of both side walls are covered, and the base material of the substrate (1) is provided on the surface of the decorative plate (A) and the lower inner surface of the groove. The decorative groove (11) having a substantially V-shaped cross-section exposed is formed, and at the same time, the adhesive (3) is heat-cured to completely bond the decorative sheet (4) to the substrate (1). The embossing board (10)
Alternatively, the press-fitting ridge (9) of the embossing roll is the substrate (1).
Use a groove slightly larger than the V-shaped groove (2), and press-fit the convex shape (9) to enlarge the groove (2) and compress the groove wall portion to form the decorative groove (11) as desired. It shall be shaped into a shape and its surface shall be finished in a smooth state.
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the width (W1) and height (h1) of the press-fitting ridge (9) are set to the width (W2) and height (h2) of the groove (2) on the substrate (1) side. ) Are both larger than
In addition, the V-shaped cross-section whose tip is an acute angle and whose both sides are gently curved inward is forcibly pressed into the groove to form the decorative groove (11) as shown in FIG. It should be formed in a shape corresponding to (9). In this case, since the texture of the substrate (1) should not be destroyed by the press-fitting of the ridges (9), it is necessary to use a wood material for the substrate (1). The use of inorganic plates such as plates is unsuitable.

The shape of the press-fitting ridge (9) is basically required to have a substantially triangular cross section, that is, a substantially V shape, but in particular, the shape as shown in FIG. 5 above. Due to
The appearance of the finished decorative groove (11) can be made good. Further, as shown in Fig. 7 (b), the press-fitting ridge (9) is provided with a cutting blade (9a) at the tip thereof, and the base plate (1) is cut and press-fitted when the die is pressed. It may be possible.

For heating during embossing, the decorative sheet (4) is applied to the substrate (1).
This is done in order to improve the shaping stability of the decorative groove (11) at the same time. The temperature and the embossing time are appropriately set according to the type and specific gravity of the substrate (1), the type of decorative sheet (4), the type of adhesive, etc., but generally, the temperature is 70 to 300 ° C and the time is 1 hour. It can be set within the range of about 10 minutes. In addition, the above heating is applied to the decorative plate (A)

By the way, in the embossing process, the folded portion (4a) of the decorative sheet (4) into the groove (2) must be bonded and fixed to the substrate (1) side at the same time. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the adhesive into the groove (2) at the stage of applying the adhesive (3). Such application of the adhesive (3) may be carried out by a method of simultaneously applying the adhesive on the surface of the substrate (1) including the groove bottom portion in the groove (2) by spraying. Since the adhesive does not require an adhesive, it is desirable to perform it by the following method using a spreader. That is, one method is
The spacing between the soft spreader roll and the feed roll of the spreader is set to be much smaller than the thickness of the decorative plate (A), so that the upper edge of the side surface of the groove (2) is first set as shown in FIG. 8 (a). Apply adhesive. At this stage, the amount of adhesive applied to the surface portion of the substrate (1) is insufficient. Therefore, next, the gap between the coating roll and the feed roll is slightly widened, and the second coating work is performed to correspond to the thickness of the decorative plate, and as shown in FIG. Apply the required amount of adhesive.

In addition, another method is to use a spreader for the substrate (1).
Apply a large amount of adhesive in a slight excess on the surface of.
Then, as shown in FIG. 9 (a), the adhesive (3) is in a slightly raised state on the edge of the groove (2. Therefore, when the decorative sheets (4) are stacked and pressed with a roll or the like. It is possible to realize a state in which the raised adhesive flows into the side surface of the groove (2) as shown in FIG. 9 (b) and the adhesive is applied to both upper side surfaces of the groove (2). it can.

Further, coloring of the decorative sheet (4) made of wood veneer may be performed before the embossing process step, and further before the notching process, but as described above, it is preferable to perform the coloring. ,
Since the coloring material is well absorbed in the exposed base material on the inner surface of the lower part of the groove, the lower part of the groove becomes a darker color than the decorative surface,
It is preferable in that it can produce a thin and sharp shadow and further enhance the three-dimensional effect.

Furthermore, the undercoating of a veneer-made decorative sheet is usually performed after the embossing step in which the decorative sheet is completely attached to the substrate (1) as described above. It is also permissible to carry out in the stage before the embossing process, especially in the stage before the incision process for making the cut (6). In this case, hardening of the paint strengthens the wood veneer, making it easier to make accurate cuts (6) during the cutting process and tearing the decorative wood veneer press-fitted into the groove during the embossing process. It can be expected to enjoy the advantage that it is possible to prevent the occurrence of cracks and to surely form the desired shape of the decorative groove (11).

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a decorative sheet is superposed on a substrate in which a groove having a V-shaped cross section is formed in advance, and the sheet is cut at the groove portion and then pushed into the groove to have a substantially V-shaped cross section. Since the decorative groove is formed, it is possible to form the decorative groove sufficiently deep and wide, and it is possible to obtain a grooved decorative plate in which the existence of the decorative groove is sufficiently emphasized on the plate surface. . In addition, the decorative groove is formed by cutting the decorative sheet on the surface of the decorative plate, and then using a die-pressing plate or an embossing roll having a press-fitting convex portion having a substantially V-shaped cross section, by embossing the convex portion. Since the corresponding shape is formed in a substantially V-shaped cross section, the decorative sheet does not break or crack during embossing, and the top side of the decorative groove is a clean and continuous folded portion of the decorative sheet. Will be covered with. Therefore, the thin decorative sheet does not appear in the decorative groove portion. In addition, the decorative groove is formed in a substantially V-shaped cross-section with the tip having an acute angle and both side surfaces gently curved inward, so that the thickness of the decorative sheet does not appear in the groove portion as described above. Combined with this, it is possible to make it look and feel high-grade as if thick veneer veneer or solid wood is used.

Further, the base material base is exposed on the lower inner surface of the decorative groove, but this is rather thin and sharp in the deep part of the substantially V-shaped groove regardless of whether the groove is colored or not. Since it appears as a line, the presence of makeup grooves can be emphasized to improve the three-dimensional effect, and especially when the grooves are further colored, the adhesion and absorption of the colorant is good at the exposed parts of the base material. In addition, it can be easily colored in any desired shade, and it is possible to provide a rich three-dimensional effect by emphasizing the existence of the decorative groove portion.

Further, since the groove of the substrate is formed by cutting, the amount of compression of the substrate at the time of embossing is small, and it becomes difficult for the decorative groove to elastically restore.

Further, using a wood-based material for the substrate, when the decorative sheet is pressed into the groove of the substrate at the time of embossing, the press-fitting ridge is forcibly pressed into the groove as being larger than the width and height of the groove of the substrate,
By compressing the groove wall portion, the peripheral tissue of the decorative groove can be consolidated and strengthened, and the surface condition of the decorative groove can be finished more smoothly and neatly.

Furthermore, since the makeup groove is formed in a substantially V-shaped cross-section with the tip having an acute angle and both side surfaces gently curved inward, the makeup groove is in a rounded shape and feels soft and has a good finish. The board can be obtained.
