[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a method for producing decorative flooring covered with natural wood veneers, and more specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing decorative flooring made of natural wood veneers, and more specifically, the appearance of softwood such as pine, cedar, and cypress, which has low hardness in the spring wood portion that occupies most of the surface of the veneer. It is concerned with the manufacturing method of decorative flooring materials that make use of this material.

Conventionally, natural wood veneer decorative flooring materials are made of hardwood veneers such as cherry, oak, and rosewood, which have a high hardness, and are pasted onto a substrate such as plywood, then coated with a transparent paint such as aminoalkyd resin or urethane resin. It was most commonly manufactured by overcoating.

On the other hand, with the diversification of hobbies, not only hardwoods but also softwood veneers have come to be used as floor surface materials. However, if softwood veneer is simply coated with transparent paint, the spring wood, which makes up most of the veneer, is soft and easily damaged and dented.

In addition, since softwood veneer has a light color as a whole and there is little difference in color tone between the spring and autumn wood parts, the penetration of the topcoat paint causes the spring wood part to become wet and muddy, making it different from the autumn wood part. The disadvantage is that the color difference and light selection difference are almost eliminated, and the grain pattern of the autumn wood becomes blurred. Therefore, by press-fitting a synthetic resin liquid such as unsaturated polyester resin into a softwood veneer and curing it, the spring wood part becomes darker than the autumn wood part, creating a WPC type decorative material that has a luster and color tone that closely resembles that of yani pine. The manufacturing method is known from Japanese Patent Publication No. 49-32924.

However, manufacturing flooring materials using WPC type veneers requires a large amount of resin impregnation equipment, and since the veneer is thin at about 0.3 mm to 5.0 mm, it becomes brittle as the impregnated resin hardens. It becomes easy to break as it ages, and color differences are likely to occur due to uneven resin impregnation.

In addition, in order to be able to reuse the remaining liquid after impregnating the veneer with synthetic resin liquid, it is necessary to keep the amount of curing agent and curing accelerator as small as possible and to keep the molecular weight of the resin small. When bonding the board to the board under heat and pressure, it requires high temperatures and a long time, which has the drawbacks of poor work efficiency and a tendency to deteriorate the material of the veneer.

Therefore, the inventor studied the above drawbacks and improved the performance.
We have completed the method of the present invention for producing decorative laminates that are excellent in both appearance and workability. In other words, the gist of the present invention is that after polishing the surface of a decorative substrate, which is made by pasting a softwood veneer on the surface of a commonly used substrate and making the spring wood portion into a recess, the entire surface of the decorative substrate is colored darker than the color of the autumn wood portion. After removing the coloring agent from the convex parts of the autumn wood part, a transparent thermosetting synthetic resin liquid is applied to the entire surface so as to fill the hollow parts of the spring wood part, and then dried or heated. A method for manufacturing a decorative coniferous board with an uneven feel characterized by molding, and a method for manufacturing a decorative board made of a coniferous wood veneer with a concavo-convex appearance, which is characterized by molding, and after polishing the surface of a decorative board in which a coniferous veneer is adhered to the surface of a commonly used board to make depressions in the spring material portions. A method for producing a softwood decorative board with an uneven texture, which is characterized by applying a colored transparent thermosetting resin to the entire surface of the substrate so as to fill the recesses of the spring material, and drying or hot-pressing the resin. . The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to the drawings.

The softwood veneer 1 is made of pine, cedar, cypress, hiba, sawara, nezuko, etc., but if necessary, a sawn board or a hard coloring agent is used as the fall wood part 3 and a soft veneer is used. A so-called artificial wood grain decorative board manufactured by laminating and bonding so as to form the spring material portion 2 may also be used.

The adhesion between the softwood veneer 1 and the softwood veneer 1 is carried out by a conventional method such as hot pressure or cold pressure, but hot pressure is preferable because the coloring agent 4 penetrates into the veneer 1 better.

Next, the surface of the attached softwood veneer 1 is polished, but in the present invention, this polishing is done using a long-bristled polishing tool 7 such as a wire brush or a buffing machine, so that the surface of the softwood veneer 1 is lower in hardness than the autumn wood part 3. A part of the spring material portion 2 is removed to form a recess 6 (Figure B). Thereafter, a coloring agent 8 darker than the color of the autumn wood portion 3 is applied to the entire surface of the veneer using a coating machine such as a roll coater, flow coater, or spray coater (Figure C). As the coloring agent 8, commonly used pigments, dyes, or transparent pigments thereof are used.

Note that the invention recited in claim 2 of the present invention is also basically carried out by the above-described method, and after forming the spring material portion 2 into the recess 6, it is directly applied without applying a coloring agent. At this time, a transparent pigment or dye may be added to the synthetic resin in an amount of about 10% by weight based on the synthetic resin. The viscosity of the colored transparent thermosetting synthetic resin liquid is preferably as high as 0.5 poise (measured with a BH type viscometer) or higher in order to fill the recess 6 and enable it to be applied evenly.

As described above, according to the method of the present invention, the colored transparent thermosetting synthetic resin, which is darker than the color of the autumn wood part of the veneer, fills the recesses of the spring wood part, so that the wood grain of the autumn wood part The pattern becomes clearer and gives a sense of unevenness.

In addition, since it is a method of applying synthetic resin liquid directly onto the veneer, the amount of curing agent and curing accelerator added to the synthetic resin with a small molecular weight is adjusted so that the synthetic resin molecules sufficiently penetrate into the spring material of the veneer. Since this can be adjusted by selecting the heat-pressing time, it is possible to easily improve the adhesion of the synthetic resin and the hardness of the spring material.

Then, the surface of the veneer was polished with a balasander to form a recess in the spring portion. Next, a resin made by adding 3% by weight of a yellow-brown coloring agent to a diallyl phthalate resin with a viscosity of 1 to 2 poise is applied to the entire surface of the veneer using a flow coater at a rate of 160 to 180 g/m 2 , and then a flat plate press is used to apply the resin. The desired hemlock veneer decorative flooring material was obtained by hot-pressure molding at 125° C. and 12 kg/cm 2 for 15 minutes.
