Claims (1)
- 起歪部を構成するダイヤフラムの受圧面の裏側
に半導体歪ゲージを形成した圧力センサにおいて
、内側に凹部を形成した蓋体状のシールキヤツプ
を前記半導体歪ゲージを覆うようにして前記ダイ
ヤフラムに装着し、前記シールキヤツプの外側に
ボンデイング用パツドと外部接続用パツドを形成
し、このボンデイング用パツドに隣接してボンデ
イングワイヤを通すための複数個の孔を前記シー
ルキヤツプに形成し、前記ボンデイングワイヤに
より前記ボンデイング用パツドと前記ダイヤフラ
ムの面上に形成された半導体歪ゲージ用電極とを
接続したことを特徴とする圧力センサ。
