ルトの部分縦断側面図、第２図は第１図のＡ―Ａ
線に沿つた横断面図、第３図は他の実施例を示す
コグ付変速Ｖベルトの部分縦断側面図、第４図は
第３図のＢ―Ｂ線に沿つた横断面図、第５図は走
行試験装置の一例を示すその概略正面図、第６図
は従来のコグ付変速Ｖベルトの部分斜視図である
。 図中、１はＶベルト本体、２はクツシヨンゴム
層、３は抗張体ロープ、４は上カバー布、５は圧
縮ゴム層、６は短繊維、７は応力吸収層、８は中
間布層、１０はコグ部を示す。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 抗張体を埋設したクツシヨンゴム層上面に
    複数枚のゴム付き上カバー布を積層貼着し、クツ
    シヨンゴム層下面に、短繊維をベルト横方向に配
    向埋設した圧縮ゴム層を積層したローエツジタイ
    プのＶベルトにおいて、該圧縮ゴム層の下方寄り
    一部分を、圧縮ゴム層より硬度の低いゴム弾性状
    の応力吸収層をもつて構成し、前記圧縮ゴム層と
    応力吸収層との鏡界面に中間布層を配し、かつベ
    ルト下面の全面をゴム付き下カバー布にて被覆し
    たことを特徴とする変速Ｖベルト。 (2) 前記圧縮ゴム層にコグ部を形成した場合の
    ベルトにあつてはコグ部の下方寄り一部分が中間
    布層を介して圧縮ゴム層より硬度の低いゴム弾性
    状の応力吸収層をもつて構成されている実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項記載の変速Ｖベルト。 (3) 前記中間布層はコグ部に沿つて波形状を呈
    している実用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の変
    速Ｖベルト。 (4) 前記ゴム弾性状の応力吸収層はゴム硬度４
    ５〜７０°の軟質ゴムをもつて構成されている実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の変
    速Ｖベルト。 (5) 前記ゴム弾性状の応力吸収層がスポンジ状
    ゴムにて構成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項、第２項および第４項のうちいずれか１項
    に記載の変速Ｖベルト。 (6) 断面Ｖ形のベルト角度θがプーリ角度より
    ２乃至８°広角度に形成されている実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項乃至第５項のうちいずれか１項
    に記載の変速Ｖベルト。 (7) ゴム付き上カバーは４乃至７枚の積層布を
    もつて構成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項乃至第６項のうちいずれか１項に記載の変速
    Ｖベルト。
