り、第３図及び第４図は本考案の感光基体を用い
た静電写真法を説明するための説明図であつて、 引照数字１は感光基体、２はアルミニウム基体
、３は酸化物被膜、４は光導電性被膜、５は下塗
り層を示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 陽極酸化により形成された厚さ０．７乃至
１５ミクロンの電気絶縁性の酸化物から成る被膜
を表面に備えた金属アルミニウム基体と前記被膜
上に施され結着剤成分が有機高分子から成る光導
電性被膜とから成る静電写真用感光基体。 (2) 前記酸化物の被膜はアルミニウムの硬質酸
化物の網目状被膜から成ることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の基体。 (3) 前記硬質酸化物の網目状被膜は、イオン交
換水で湿潤させた状態で測定した単位面積当りの
電気抵抗（ＲＷ，Ω／cm2）と乾燥状態で測定し
た単位面積当りの電気抵抗（ＲＤ，Ω／cm2）と
の比（ＲＷ／ＲＤ）が２．３×１０−４乃至１．
３×１０−１の範囲にあることを特徴とする実用
新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の基体。 (4) 前記光導電性被膜が電子供与性を有する有
機高分子光導電体、前記有機高分子光導電体の構
成単量体１モル当り０．０１乃至０．４８モルの
電子受容性多環芳香族ニトロ化合物、及び前記有
機高分子光導電体当り０．０１乃至１０重量％の
フタロシアニン或いはフタロシアニン誘導体を含
有する被膜であることを特徴とする実用新案登録
請求の範囲第１項記載の基体。 (5) 前記光導電性被覆は２乃至２０ミクロンの
厚さを有することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の基体。 (6) 有機高分子光導電体がポリビニルカルバゾ
ール又はその核置換体である実用新案登録請求の
範囲第４項記載の基体。 (7) 多環芳香族ニトロ化合物がトリ又はテトラ
ニトロフルオレノンである実用新案登録請求の範
囲第４項記載の基体。 (8) フタロシアニン又はその誘導体が無金属フ
タロシアニン又はその核置換体である実用新案登
録請求の範囲第４項記載の基体。
