  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 良熱伝導性金属からなる放熱体上に、少な
    くとも発熱部品が実装された回路基板が接着剤に
    て固定された混成集積回路装置において、 前記発熱部品の下部に相当する前記回路基板と
    前記放熱体との間には良熱伝導性の充填剤が挿入
    されていることを特徴とする混成集積回路装置。 (2) 前記充填剤は放熱用グリースであることを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の
    混成集積回路装置。
