Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 半導体ＬＤを駆動する駆動源と、前記駆動源の
    前記半導体ＬＤとの接続点に一端を直接または抵
    抗を介して接続し、信号を通す第一の導体、基準
    電位を与える第二の導体を有する分布定数線路と
    、前記第一の導体の他端を前記基準電位に交流的
    に短絡するコンデンサと、光出力制御入力に応じ
    て前記第一の導体にバイアス電位を与える手段と
    を具備することを特徴とする発光素子駆動回路。
