- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電圧入力信号が与えられる演算増幅器と、 前記演算増幅器の出力が制御端子に接続され、
入力電圧に応じた電流を負荷に供給する三端子電
流制御素子と、 前記三端子電流制御素子の出力端及び負荷の間
に接続された電流検出用抵抗と、 前記電流検出用抵抗の両端の電圧を検知して前
記演算増幅器に帰還する電流帰還回路とを有する
定電流出力回路において、 前記三端子電流制御素子の出力端と電圧源間に
抵抗を接続したことを特徴とする定電流出力回路
。 (2) 前記三端子電流制御素子は、エミツタフオ
ロワ型に接続されたトランジスタであることを特
