Claims (1)
- 出力電圧を検出して基準電圧と比較し、その比
較結果により帰還制御用トランジスタのコレクタ
電流を制御して、コレクタ―エミツク間が直流電
源と直列接続された制御部トランジスタのベース
電流を制御し、定電圧出力を得る帰還型定電圧回
路において、前記制御部トランジスタと帰還制御
用トランジスタとの間の前記制御部トランジスタ
のベース電流路に、そのベース電流の一部を前記
直流電源側に帰還供給させるベース電流帰還供給
回路を具備することを特徴とする帰還型定電圧回
路。
