の実施例に係り、第１図はその回路図、第２図は
動作説明用のタイミング図、第３図は変形実施例
を示す一部回路図、第４図は従来装置のブロツク
線図、第５図は従来装置の他の実施例における要
部回路図である。 図中、１はＡＣ電源、２，４，１０は整流回路
、３は定電圧回路、５は時定数回路、６は電圧検
出回路、７は制御回路、８は定電流源、Ｄ１ない
しＤ４はダイオード、Ｃはコンデンサ、Ｒ１ない
しＲ３は抵抗、Ｔｒ１ないしＴｒ４はトランジス
タ、Ａは誤差増幅器である。
の実施例に係り、第１図はその回路図、第２図は

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 交流を直流に変換する整流回路を含む主電源供
給部と、該主電源供給部と出力端子間に接続され
た制御トランジスタおよび該制御トランジスタに
バイアス電流を供給するバイアス回路と該制御ト
ランジスタの出力を一定に制御する誤差増幅器と
からなる定値制御回路と、上記制御トランジスタ
へのバイアス電流をバイパスする第１のスイツチ
ングトランジスタと、該第１のスイツチングトラ
ンジスタのベース電流をオンオフする第２のスイ
ツチングトランジスタとを備え、上記第２のスイ
ツチングトランジスタに出力制御信号を与えて上
記制御トランジスタの出力を制御する電源装置に
おいて、 上記主電源供給部よりも出力の立上りおよび立
下り時定数の小さな制御用電源供給部を有し、該
制御用電源供給部と上記主電源供給部との双方か
ら上記第１のスイツチングトランジスタにベース
電流を供給することを特徴とする電源装置。
