- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 電源と負荷間に挿入されたパワートランジスタ
と、 該トランジスタの出力電圧が一定レベルとなる
様に該トランジスタにバイアス電流を供給するト
ランジスタ制御手段と、 該トランジスタの出力電圧の低下を検出する検
出手段と、 前記トランジスタの入力電圧の立ち上がり時に
前記トランジスタ制御手段からのバイアス電流の
供給を開始させる起動用信号を発生する手段を備
え、 前記トランジスタの出力電圧の低下により前記
バイアス電流の供給を遮断することを特徴とする
電源回路。
