Claims (1)
- 出力端子の出力電圧と基準電圧との誤差電圧を
増幅し直列制御トランジスタに帰還して出力電圧
を制御する誤差増幅器を備えパルス制御信号に応
じて作動するスイツチ回路を介して前記誤差増幅
器の電源端子に電源が供給されて起動する直列制
御形定電圧回路において、前記直列制御トランジ
スタの出力側と前記誤差増幅器の電源端子との間
に接続されて前記直列制御トランジスタの出力電
圧を前記誤差増幅器に供給するダイオードと、前
記直列制御トランジスタの出力側と前記出力端子
との間に接続されて外部から前記出力端子に印加
された電圧を阻止するダイオードとを有すること
を特徴とする直列制御形定電圧回路。
