…負荷、４……ＦＥＴ、５……抵抗、６……ダイ
オード、７……制御回路、８……バイポーラトラ
ンジスタである。なお、図中同一又は相当部分に
は同一符号を付して示してある。

Claims (1)
- 制御回路と、この制御回路によりＯＮ／ＯＦＦ
された信号を電力伝達するために２つの出力巻線
を有するトランスと、このトランスの出力巻線に
接続され、上記トランスによつて伝達された信号
によりＯＮ／ＯＦＦするバイポーラトランジスタ
と、逆流防止のためのダイオードと、ＦＥＴのゲ
ート電圧を設定するための抵抗と、上記トランス
から伝達された信号をダイオード、バイポーラト
ランジスタ、抵抗を介してＯＮ／ＯＦＦするＦＥ
Ｔと、このＦＥＴによりＯＮ／ＯＦＦされた入力
信号を電力伝達するためのトランスとで構成され
たことを特徴とするＤＣ／ＤＣコンバータ。
