Claims (1)
- 非安定電圧の入力端子と安定化電圧の出力端子
間に挿入された出力トランジスタと、安定化され
た出力電圧を分圧して得られる電圧と基準電圧と
を比較し前記出力トランジスタを駆動する誤差増
幅器と、前記出力トランジスタのベースあるいは
エミツタと前記入力端子との間に直列接続された
ツエナーダイオード及び抵抗から成る保護回路と
、前記基準電圧を発生するために電流源と直列接
続された基準電圧回路とを備えた定電圧電源回路
に於いて、前記保護回路と直列接続され、前記電
流源の出力で制御されるトランジスタを設けたこ
とを特徴とする定電圧電源回路。
