Claims (1)
- 直列制御素子としてのバイポーラトランジスタ
のコレクタ、エミツタを入出力間に直列接続し、
出力電圧を検出してその誤差電圧をベースに入力
させて前記コレクタ、エミツタ間の電流を制御し
てなる直列制御形電圧安定化回路において、前記
コレクタとエミツタ間には前記バイポーラトラン
ジスタの耐圧以下のツエナ電圧を有するツエナダ
イオードと、コンデンサとをそれぞれ並列に接続
したことを特徴とする直列制御形電圧安定化装置
。
