Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 順バイアス電源によりベースに順パイてス電流を供給し
    てオンとし、逆バイアス電源によりベースに逆バイアス
    電流を流してオフさせるようにしたトランジスタの駆動
    回路において、上記トランジスタのエミツタ電流または
    これに比例する電流の検出回路を設け、その出力により
    上起順バイアス電源の出力電圧を制御して、上記トラン
    ジスタに流れる順バイアス電流をエミツタ電流またはこ
    れに比例する電流の増減に対応して調整するようにした
    ことを特徴とするトランジスタの駆動回路。
