    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 容器の金属底板上に固着された半導体片の上面
    の電極と底板を絶縁されて貫通するリード線とを
    接続する内部リード線が先端の頭部の該リード線
    長手方向に垂直な端面によつて前記電極とろう付
    けされるものにおいて、内部リード線の頭部の端
    面が中央に突出部を有することを特徴とする半導
    体素子。
