Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 絶縁基板の表面または内部に回路パターンが形
    成され、かつ表面にこれらの回路パターンに電気
    的に接続された複数のランドが不規則に配置され
    たプリント配線板の前記ランドおよび回路パター
    ンの電気的特性を検査する装置において、複数の
    アダプターピンを先端部をそろえて所定のピツチ
    でそれぞれ弾性的に保持してなる汎用アダプター
    と、この汎用アダプターの前記アダプターピンの
    先端部に重ね合わせて使用され前記アダプターピ
    ンのピツチの整数倍の所定の規則的間隔でかつ検
    査すべきプリント配線板のランドまたはスルーホ
    ールの近傍に穿設された複数の透孔を有するマス
    クと、このマスクと検査すべきプリント配線板間
    に介挿して使用され一方の面に前記マスクの透孔
    と対応する位置にそれぞれランドが配置され他方
    の面に被検プリント配線板のランドと対応する位
    置にランドが形成されかつこれら両面のランドが
    スルーホールを介して電気的に接続されたアダプ
    ト板とを備えて成ることを特徴とするプリント配
    線板の検査装置。
