    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 一定の仮想格子の交点上に測定ピンを設けたピン支持板
    と、前記仮想格子の交点上および交点上に位置しない各
    ランドを有する印刷配線板と、前記印刷配線板の前記各
    ランドに対向した位置に貫通孔を設けたマスクプレート
    板と、前記印刷配線板の仮想格子の交点上の被測定ラン
    ドに対向した位置に貫通孔を設け、かつ前記印刷配線板
    の格子の交点上に位置しない被測定ランドに接触する導
    通用ランドスルホールと、前記測定ピンと接触する面に
    ランドを有し、かつ前記測定ピンと接触する面の反対面
    にはランドを有しない片側ランドスルホールと前記導通
    用ランドスルホールと前記片側ランドスルホールを接続
    する導電パターンとを有する中継板を前記印刷配線板の
    下面に介挿接続して構成されることを特徴とする布線検
    査装置。
