Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 この考案はプリント回路板面に、簡便に、且つ
高速度（短時間）でエツチング（腐蝕）作業を行
う装置である。 在来のコンベヤー式に比べ、堅型なので装置の
大きさが小くなる。エツチング槽内両側に多数の
スプレイノズルを配置し、中央部に固定したプリ
ント回路板を、静かに上下、左右に往復運動をさ
せ乍ら、エツチング液を噴射すると、スプレイノ
ズル周囲の空気孔から、キヤビテイシヨン現像に
依り、空気も吸込まれ、エツチング液の噴霧に微
細気泡が混入して、プリント回路板の表面にぶつ
かり、非常に能率的に、在来形の装置に比較する
と約1/2の時間でエツチング工程を行う装置であ
る。
