- 半導体素子の端子と半田部材によって固着され、前記半
導体素子をはさむ様に形成された少なくとも２枚以上の
放熱板と、この各放熱板間に配置され、前記半導体素子
を保護する保護部材とから構成して成る熱伝導性半導体
装置。
