Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ■　遊星歯車装置の内歯車にアウターソケット、遊星歯
    車支持枠にインナーソケットを夫々連繋し両ソケットに
    ナツト及びボルト先端のチップを嵌め、両ソケットに作
    用する回転力によりボルトチップを剪断し、インナーソ
    ケットに配備したエゼクタ−ビンによってインナーソケ
    ット中に残ったボルトチップを突き出すボルト締付具に
    於て、両ソケット１８０．２００は遊星歯車装置１６６
    に着脱可能に係合し、エゼクタ−ビン２４０は後退位置
    においてその後端はインナーソケットの後端部から突出
    し遊星歯車支持枠まで延び、遊星歯車装置にはエゼクタ
    −ビン２４０の延長上に段付貫通軸孔２２６が開設され
    、該貫通孔２２６にはその段部に係合し、軸心に開設し
    たビン侵入孔２２０にエゼクタ−ビン２４０を嵌めてク
    ランプするクランプ部２１８を具えたクランプシャフト
    １１８が軸方向に摺動可能に配備され、該シャフト１１
    ８に対し、シャフトを引戻してクランプ部２１８とエゼ
    クタ−ビン２４０の保合を解除するレバー１２０が連繋
    されているボルト締付具のボルトチップ排出装置。 ■　クランプ部２１８は、クランプシャフト１１８のビ
    ン侵入穴２２０に連通して前端に開口するスリット溝２
    ２２を開設し、クランプシャフト１１８の先端に先細テ
    ーバ面２２４を形成して構成され、遊星歯車装置１６６
    の段付貫通軸孔２シロの段部はクランプシャフト１１８
    のテーパ面２２４に対応するテーパ面２２８に形成され
    ている実用新案登録請求の範囲第０項に記載のボルト締
    付具のボルトチップ排出装置。 ■　クランプ部２１８は、クランプシャフト１１８のビ
    ン侵入穴２２０に連通してシャフトの周壁に貫通孔２３
    ４を開設して該孔に周壁厚みより大なる直径のボール２
    ３６を回転自在に嵌めて構成され、段付貫通軸孔２２６
    はボール２３６が逃げる余裕のある大径部とボール２３
    ２を内方に押える小径部２３０が形成されており、エゼ
    クタ−ビン２４０は後端カポール２３６に係合可能に大
    径に形成されている実用新案登録請求の範囲第０項に記
    載のボルト締付具のボルトチップ排出装置。
