Claims (1)
られる治具であって、かつ、前記フィルムキャリアの送
り穴に挿入されてこのフィルムキャリアを試験位置に位
置決めする位置決めピンを備えており、この位置決めピ
ンの先端は限定された範囲内で動き得る自由度を有し、
この自由度のある状態で試験位置に送られたフィルムの
送り穴に先端が引っかかり、この試験位置で前記フィル
ムを下方に押し付けるテストヘッドの下降と共に前記フ
ィルムの位置を補正しながら前記位置決めピンはフィル
ムの送り穴に完全に挿入され、前記フィルムを定位置に
位置決めすることを特徴とする集積回路の電気試験用治
