いられる可変容量ダイオード。 −（２）局部発振回路に用いられる可変容量ダイオード
の拡散容量に対し、入力同調回路に用いられる可変容量
ダイオードの拡散容量を、拡散深さ、方向の不純物濃度
を異ならせることにより大きく設定してなる実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載のＡＭ受信機に用いられる可変
容量ダイオード。 （３）イオンインプランテーション工程の回数を調整す
ることにより、入力同調回路に用いられる可変容量ダイ
オードと局部発振回路に用いられる可変容量ダイオード
の拡散深さ方向の不純物濃度を異ならせた実用新案登録
