Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 するものである。
然るに、製氷は水が原料な為に、水の浄化及び鮮度保持
が命題である。
殊に、飲食用に使はれる氷は先負、天然氷又は製氷され
たものであるが、もとは生水を冷凍化されたものである
故に、衛生的な見地から微生物や寄生虫類の残菌が浮遊
発生する為に苦慮の現状である。
要するに、製氷課程に於いて水を浄化し鮮度を保持する
ことが必要不可欠である。
斯様に、氷の用途は広範囲で魚介類や生鮮物用の冷蔵庫
並びに救急用として病院、青果物や花弁類の保管庫等に
使はれる為に水の滅菌と浄化面も、鮮度保持による生物
の代謝の抑制することにより老化を防ぐことが大切であ
る。本発明は、安定化二酸化塩素（Ｃ工０２）はスタビ
リライズドークロライン・ディオキサイド等を成分とす
る溶液又は粉末、微顆粒状からなるもので特に、無色、
無味、無毒でであるから製氷課程に使用適度並びに濃度
にうすめ混入配合が出来る構成である。
具の効果は消毒・消臭・殺菌の併用で水の残菌を除去し
鮮度保持するもので、瞬時に菌類の発生を抑制し抗菌力
の優れた消毒滅菌剤である。
この様に、叙記に述べたように水は社会生活に於ける人
間の生命維持に深い関係があり、特に製氷に使はれる清
例な水でカルシュム、マグネシュム等のミネラル分が含
んでいても微生物や寄生虫が含有するものであるから本
発明は、その源泉（水）を製氷課程に於いて完全に浄化
し鮮度保持する諸効果を有する消毒滅菌剤の画期的な発
明である。

    ライズド・クロライン・ディオキサイド等を成分とする
    溶液又は粉末、微顆粒状である。 この様に、製氷課程に於いて水に使用適度並びに、分］
