Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １　ガス化反応器および（あるいは）その後に接続され
    る廃熱ボイラ内の水浴が、可燃成分をもつスラグを含み
    、このスラグが水と共に排出され、沈降容器をもつ分離
    器において水から分離されて、反応器へ再び供給される
    ものにおいて、分離器が円筒ふるい１６をもっているこ
    とを特徴とする、石炭ガス化装置。 ２　円筒ふるい１６が回転可能に構成されかつ水平に配
    置され、スラグを伴う水を円筒ふるい１６の外面へ供給
    する供給板１９と、集合容器２１へ通ずるふるい残さい
    用シュート２０とをもっていることを特徴とする、実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の装置。 ３　傾斜配置された円筒ふるい１６と、スラグを含む水
    の軸線方向供給部と、スラグ粒子の軸線方向排出部と、
    円筒ふるい１６から半径方向に流出する水の捕集容器１
    ４とを有することを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項に記載の石炭ガス化装置。 ４　複数の捕集容器１４が直列に設けられていることを
    特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項に記載の装
    置。 ５　複数の分離器１４が直列に設けられ、後に設けられ
    る各捕集容器１４が導管２７．２８を介して直接反応器
    へ通じていることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第３項に記載の装置。 ６　各捕集容器１４と反応器との接続が、導管２７にあ
    る制御弁２６により制御されることを特徴とする、実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第５項に記載の装置。 ７　沈降容器１，２９が供給導管２．３２．３８、清澄
    水流出部１３．３７、および浮遊可能な物質を含む水の
    流出部８，１２，３６を゛もち、両方の流出部８，１２
    ，１３，３６，３７が水の中へ入り込む側壁３，３０と
    底４とにより互いに分離されていることを特徴とする、
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の石炭ガス化装置
    。 ８　清澄水流出部１３，３７が越流部として構成されて
    いることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請求の範囲第７項
    に記載の石炭ガス化装置。 ９　沈降容器が水面より下に開口する供給導管２．３２
    ．３８をもっていることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項に記載の石炭ガス化装置。 １０　側壁３０により形成されて流出部３６をもつ空間
    が浮遊不可能な粒子の排出部へ向かって下方へ開いてお
    り、流出部３６が浴面の所に浮遊可能な物質を自由に出
    す開口をもっていることを特徴とする、実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第７項に記載の石炭ガス化装置；
