    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 動翼および静翼が交互に配置された軸流翼車ポンプ部と
    、この軸流翼車ポンプ部の吐出側に配信され、少な（と
    も一方の筒にねじ溝を付けた回壱内筒および外筒から成
    るねじ溝ポンプ部とで構がされた軸流分子ポンプにおい
    て、前記外筒の少４くとも前記回転内筒より後流の吐出
    側が軸方向ＪＳ分割可能になっていることを特徴とする
    ねじ満干き軸流分子ポンプ。
