精度よく位置決めi置を行い、パターンの導通検査を簡
易迅速に行うことができる。またプローブコンタクトに
代えて加圧異方向性導電ゴムを使用すれば更に精度よく
パターンの導通検査を簡易迅速に行うことができる。そ
して、本発明の検査用位置決め装置は被検査体であるプ
リント配線板の最終製造工程において金型プレスを用い
て打ち抜かt′L、た製品周辺の廃材を有効利用するこ
とができる。
