    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 貫通孔を有する絶縁基板の両面に、導体配線及び絶縁体
    を印刷焼成手段により形成して多層配線を形成し、上記
    導体配線及び絶縁体とそれぞれ連続する導体及び絶縁体
    とを、上記貫通孔の内壁に形成することにより、該貫通
    孔内壁に導体と絶縁体とからなる多層構造を形成したこ
    とを特徴とする厚膜集積回路基板。
