    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）拡散炉の反応管のヒータに関して原料供給側とは
    反対側にヒータ側に排気管を、キャップ側に不活性ガス
    導入管を備えることを特徴とする拡散炉。
  2. （２）上記排気管と上記不活性ガス導入管の間の間隔が
    りエファ・ボートの長さよりも大きいことを特徴とする
    実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の拡散炉。
