Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は弁体を一体に形成させた弁棒に関するもので、
一般にカラン或いは蛇口と呼ばれている主として家庭用
の給水栓に多く使用されている弁における弁棒を軽量安
価に形成すると共に該弁棒の弁箱外への取出しを容易に
行はしめるようにしたものである。
ところで弁体と弁棒は、第１図に示すように弁箱本体１
内の流路中に形成した弁座２の上面に、弁体３の下面に
止め具４によって添着せしめたパツキン５を対接させ、
該弁体３の中心部上方に突設せしめた弁棒６を、本体１
における蓋体７に上下動しうるよう螺合支持せしめた操
作杆８の案内穴８′に挿入させることにより弁本体内に
設けられているのであり、然して操作杆８を下降させる
ことにより弁体３のパツキン５を弁座２に圧着せしめて
流れを遮断させ、上記操作杆を弛めることにより弁座２
の流路を開かしめるようにされているのである。
本考案は第２図に明らかなように上記弁における弁体１
３と一体に形成される弁棒１６の内部を中空１６ａとし
、然してこの中空部を上端の小径口部１６ｂによって外
部に開口させるようにしたもので、上記弁体１３の下面
には螺軸とナツトよりなる止め具１４によりパツキン１
５が添着されているのである。
第１．第２図に示すように、この種の弁における弁棒は
、一端に形成した弁体によって弁座を開閉させる際の上
下動を案内するのであって、弁座閉塞時における操作杆
８の力は矢印で示すよう弁体１３の上面において軸方向
に作用し、弁棒にはかからないのであり、本考案はかか
る点に着目して弁棒１６の軸心内部を中空状１６ａに形
成せしめたのであって、上記のように弁座の開閉に際し
強度不足その他の支障を生せしめることがなく、この種
の弁体つき弁棒を軽量ならしめうるのであり、特にこの
弁棒を圧造手段によって成形することにより中空部に相
当する使用材料を節約し得て省資源がはかれるのであり
、さらには上記中空部の開口上端に小径口部１６ａを設
けしめるようにしたので、操作杆及び蓋を外して弁箱外
に弁棒を取出す際において、上記小径口部に針金類その
他マツチ棒や釣具を引っかけることにより容易に取出し
うるのであって、従来の弁棒に比較してパツキン交換時
における弁箱外への取出しを容易ならしめる効果を有す
るのである。

考案弁棒断面図である。 １３は弁体、１６は弁棒、１６ａは中空部、１６ｂは小
径口部。

  1. 一端に弁体を設けしめた弁棒であって、該弁棒の軸芯内
    部を上端にわいて小径口部として開口する中空部に形成
    したことを特徴とする弁における弁棒。
