Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）低圧下の真空容器内で保持治具に固定された基板
    に薄膜を作製するる装置において、基板を保持する治具
    の基板に直接液する部分に、石英等の不純物濃度の低い
    材質で作られた押えスペーサーを設けたことを特徴とす
    る薄膜形成装置。
  2. （２）前記石英等からなる押え及びスペーサーは容易に
    交換でき、単体で洗浄が可能な構成であることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の薄膜形成
    装置。
  3. （３）前記石英等からなる押え及びスペーサーを基板保
    持治具を、真空容器内に取り付けた後真空内で効果的に
    加熱洗浄ができるようランプヒーターを配置したことを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第（１）項記載の薄
    膜形成装置。
