Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は電磁誘導加熱調理器、ガスコンロ等の加熱調理
器に関し、その排気装置の改善を行なったもので、以下
その実施例を図面とともに説明する。
図において、１は木質系の天板で、その中程には開口２
が形成され、この開口２には電磁誘導加熱調理器３（以
下３７口という）が挿着されている。そしてこのコンロ
３は前面に吸気口４を設け、後部に排気装置６を設けて
コンロ３内のファン装置６によって冷却空気を第２図矢
印で示すように吸気口４から排気装置らに流通するよう
にしである。排気装置６はコンロ３の後板の一部を外側
上方へ略水平状に切起して排気孔８を形成し、この排気
孔８を覆設する如く上面およびコンロ側面を開放した排
気筒９をコンロ３の後板に固着し、かつ排気筒９と相対
する後板のうち、前記４Ｊ１気孔８下部の後板一部を外
側下方へ切起して形成し、この折曲片１ｏを外方はど上
方になるように傾斜させるとともに、その先端を切起（
−７片７の先端と同面ないしは内側として構成され、排
気筒９の上面開放部は通気可能な排気口カバー１１で覆
設されている。そしてこの排気口カバー１１は、取伺体
１２とカバ一体１３とに別体形成し、その取付体１２の
一端は切起し片Ｔ上に載置して固定してあり、上面から
ビス１４　、１５ｉ外す、あるいはゆるめることにより
着脱自在としている。１６は夕ノテ式の操作盤である。
上記構成において、コンロ３の排気孔８はコンロ３の後
板一部を外側上方へ略水平状に切起して形成したので、
その切起し片７が排気孔８のカッく一体の役目をしてた
とえば、排気筒９の上面開放から煮汁等が落下してもコ
ンロ３内には侵入しなく、内部には悪影響をおよぼすよ
うなことがなくなるとともに、新たに前述のようなカバ
一体を用意するようなこともなく、その分の生産性の向
上およびコスト低減がはかれる。なお排気筒９の上面開
放部には排気口カバー１１を覆設しているので大きな物
の落下は防げる。また排気筒９の上面開放部からその底
部に落下した煮汁等が第３図矢印で示すように排気孔８
側に向かってはねかえるが、折曲片１ｏによって阻止さ
れる。さらに折曲片１０を外方はど上方になる如く傾斜
形成しているのは、ファン装置６により排出される空気
を排気筒９の」二面開放部に向け、排気をスムーズにす
る配慮である。なお、当然ではあるが、折曲片１０の先
端は切起し片７の先端と同面ないしは内側として排気筒
９内に落下する煮汁を折曲片１ｏで受け入れないように
しである。
このように本発明によれば、排気孔内へ侵入する煮汁等
を極めて簡単な構成で阻止することができ、製品性能を
長期間維持できるものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 調理器本体の後板一部を外側上方へ略水平状に切起し形
    成して刊気孔を形成し、この排気孔を覆設する如く手向
    、本体側面を開放した排気筒を調理器本体の後板に固着
    し、前記排気筒と相対する後板のうち、前記排気孔下部
    の後板一部を外側下方へ切起し形成して折曲片を設け、
    この折曲片は外方はど上方になる如く傾斜形成するとと
    も１．Ｋ、その先端を前記切起し片の先端と同面ないし
    は内側どしてなる加熱調理器。
