Claims (1)
- 搬送手段により搬送されるワークを所定位置において背
後照明しつつワークシルエ・ントを撮像することにより
シルエットデータを得る第１の撮像手段と、該第１の撮
像手段の後段に設けられ、撮像方向から照明しつつワー
クを撮像することにより濃淡データを得る第２の撮像手
段と、前記第１の撮像手段から入力されるシルエットデ
ータによってワークの概略パターンを判定し、その後第
２の撮像手段から入力される濃淡データによってワーク
の細部パターンを判定してワークの最終識別を行なう判
別処理装置とから構成してなるワーク判別装置。
