はそれぞれ本考案の第１及び第２の実施例を示す模式的
な横断面図である。 １・・・レーザ管、２・・・アース主電極、３・・・高
電圧主電極、４・・・ガス循環器、５・・・熱交換器、
６・・・ピーキングコンデンサ、７・・・予備電離用電
極対、８・・・アーク放電用ギャップ、９・・・充電用

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 相互間のグロー放電により間隙内の気体を励起して誘導
    放出を起こさせる励記用の第１及び第２の電極と、電荷
    を継続的に充電しているコンデンサと、こめ充電コンデ
    ンサの一端を前記第１の端子に接続する高電圧導入体と
    、前記間隙の近傍でアーク放電をし前記グロー放電に先
    立って前記気一体を予め電離する複数対の予備電離用電
    極対と、この予備電離用電極対の片方の電極と前記高電
    圧導入体との間に接続してあり、前記アーク放電の際に
    前記予備電離用電極対を介して受けて蓄積した電荷で前
    記グロー放電を起こさせるピーキングコンデンサと、前
    記アーク放電を起こさせる時に前記充電コンデンサの電
    圧を前記予備電離用電極対に印加するスイッチと、前記
    第１及び第２の電極並びに前記予備電離用電極対が収容
    しであるレーザ管とが備えてあり、前記第１の電極は前
    記レーザ管の壁に近接しており、前記第１の電極の近傍
    の前記壁は絶縁体であり、前記ピーキングコンデンサの
    一端を前記予備電離用電極対の前記片方の電極に接続す
    る導体及び前記高電圧導入体は前記絶縁体を貫通してい
    ることを特徴とするパルスガスレーザ装置。
