が第１図はほぼ相当する図、第５図は他の半一部品組立
を示すＩ−Ｖ線の断面であるが第１図に相当する図を示
す。 １３：駆動部材、１４：第１のプレス成形カバ一部材、
１５：第２のプレス成形カバ一部材、１８．１９：外部
フランジ、２２：曲げ突出部、２３：溝、２６：環状摩
擦面、２７：第１の従動板、３４：中間圧力板、３５：
第２の従動板、３９：摩擦面、４１：主圧力板、４２：
より薄い環状プレス成形品、４３：環状ベルビルばね、
４７：解放ロッド、５７：接線方向可撓性駆動帯金、５

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一（１）共に結合され、その間に外囲いを形成する第１
    及び第２のカバ一部材１４．１５を結合する駆動部材１
    ３を有し、前記外囲いの内部に面する環状摩擦面２６を
    有する前記第１のカバ一部材１４と、対抗する環状摩擦
    面を有する前記外囲い内の中間圧力板３４と、前記中間
    圧力板の方へ面する環状摩擦面３９を有する前記外囲い
    内の主圧力板４１とを有し、前記摩擦面は第１の従動板
    ２７が前記第１のカバ一部材１４と前記中間圧力板との
    間を摩擦で係合され、第２の従動板３５が前記中間圧力
    板と前記主圧力板との間を摩擦で係合されるためにあり
    、前記圧力板を前記従動板に係合させるように前記第２
    のカバ一部材と前記主圧力板の間に作用する弾性装置４
    ３と、その軸方向の運動を許して前記圧力板に回転駆動
    を伝達するように前記駆動部材と共に各圧力板を相互連
    結する駆動帯金６２゜５７とを有する摩擦クラッチにお
    いて、前記第゛１及び第２のカバ一部材を共に組立てる
    前に、前記第２のカバ一部材１５、弾性装置４３及び主
    圧力板４１とが１つの半一組立部品（第４図）を形成し
    、前記第１のカバ一部材１４及び中間圧力板３４が他の
    半一組立部品（第５図）を形成するように、前記中間圧
    力板３４お前記駆動帯金６２が前記第１のカバ一部材１
    ４に連結され、前記主圧力板４１の前記駆動帯金５７が
    前記第２のカバ一部材１５に連結されることを特徴とす
    る摩擦クラッチ。 （２）　　前記第１及び第２のカバ一部材１４．１５が
    外部フランジ１８．１９によって相互に結合され、前記
    駆動帯金６２．５７が前記それぞれのフランジに固定さ
    れることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
    載の摩擦クラッチ。 （３）各フランジ１８．１９は前記駆動帯金が前記２つ
    のカバ一部材間の接合点から偏倚する位置に固定される
    段付後部部分６３．５９を有することを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の摩擦クラッチ。 （４）前記弾性装置４３がベルビルばねであることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項カダら第３項ま
    でのいずれかの項記載の摩擦クラッチ。 （５）解放機構４２，５１．４７が主圧力板から締付は
    荷重を解放するように前記主圧力板に直接作用すること
    を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の７　範囲第１項から第
    ４項までのいずれかの項記載の摩擦クラッチ。 （６）　　前記中間圧力板３４の前記駆動帯金６２がど
    の圧力板（３４または４１）も従動板（２７または３５
    ）と駆動係合にない位置までこの板を１移動する傾向に
    あることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第５項記
    載の摩擦クラッチ。 （７）前記カバ一部材１４．１５が鋼プレス成形品であ
    ることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項から
    第６項までのいずれかの項記載の摩擦クラッチ。 （８）他の部材の舌部２２によって係合された１つの部
    材内の溝２３を有する２つのカバ一部材の間の配置装置
    を結合することを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項から第７項までのいずれかの項記載の摩擦クラッチ
