Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (イ)産業上の利用分野 本発明は1合成樹脂製の操作釦を金属製の操作レバーの
先端部分≦二取付ける操作釦の取付方法(=関するもの
である。
伸) 従来、技術 従来、金属製操作レバーへの合成樹岬製操作釦の取付け
は、■接着剤響二て接部する。■止め螺子(又は、止め
ピン)t−用いて行なう、■超音波接Rai二て操作釦
の一部を溶かしながら操作レバーを圧入する等の方法が
取られて来た。然し乍ら。
斯る従来方法り二あっては夫々以下直二述べる様な欠点
があり、最適なも、のではなかった。
まず、接部による方法では。
■ 組立作業を一率的に行なうことが出来ない。
即ち、接、着剤?乾燥時間を必要とするため、流れ作業
的に行なうことが出来ず、別工程で前もって接部を行な
って準備していなければならない。また1組立て台数が
増7JD、、、する程乾燥するための広いスペースが必
要となる。
■□接着剤力F作釦に付着して不良品が発生する確率も
高い。
■ 取付け(二対する信頼性が低い。接着後数年d!経
過→接接部が乾燥しきると接着力が低下するので1.操
作レバー俣帰時の反動等で操作釦が抜は落ちる、ことが
ある。
次に、第1図区二示す如く操rfニレバー(11の先端
部分に嵌入された操作釦(2)の抜は止めを止め螺子(
3)−を用いて行なう方法では。
■ 別途止め螺子+31′t−必要とするため1部品点
数及びコスト増加につながる。
■ 操作釦(2)の成形時、該操作釦(2)の延出側C
2a)に直交して螺子孔(2b)t−形成しなければな
らないため、その金型構造が複雑5二なり、金型や成形
機のサイズが大きくなる。
■ 取付けC二対する信頼性は高いが、比較的寸法の小
さい止め螺子(3)の螺子締め作業を行なわなければな
らないため1作業性が悪くなる。
次≦二、超音波接着弧二よる方法ではm2図C二示す如
く操作レバー(4)の先端部分蓋二嵌入される操作釦(
5)の延出側(5a)の嵌入同所(5b)の開口寸法を
、予じめその嵌入連中C二おいて先端部分の寸法Aより
も小なる寸法心ニしておく。そして、操作レバー(4)
(二速中まで嵌入した操作釦(5)C二数入方向の圧力
を加えながら超音波接着機のホーンを当てて振動(15
〜20KHz)させると、操作釦(51の嵌入凹所内面
が操作レバー(4)との摩擦によって溶は始め除々に操
作レバー(4)の先端部に嵌入され工行く。そして、斯
る操作釦(5)は溶けた嵌入凹所内面の一部が操作レバ
ー(4)の切込み(4a)に流れ込んで固まることで、
操作レバー(4)に固着されることC二なる。ところが
、斯る方法では超音波接着時C二短時間ではあるが非常
≦:高く鋭い摩擦音が発電するあで、これを何度も繰り
返えして行なう作業現場では作業環境が悪化していた。
また、最近では操作レバーに対する操作釦の取付は作業
の簡単さから実開昭5!1−8.f1309号公報等に
て示されているよう1:、予じめ操作釦側I:操作レバ
ーと係合して抜は止めとなる弾性リブを一体に形成して
嵌着させるようにした方法が多く用L4れて来ているが
、斯る方法にあっても操作釦成形時の金型構造が複雑に
なっていた。
し罎 発明の目的 本発明は斯る点(:鑑み成されたもので、金属製操作レ
バーへの合成樹脂製操作釦の取付けを、別途の部品や複
雑な金型構造を必要とすることなく。
また極度の騒音等を発生させることなく簡単な設備で効
率よく行なうことが出来る操作釦の取付方法を提案する
ものである。
日 発明の構成 即ち1本発明は上記した目的を達成するためC二。
合成樹脂製の操作釦本体≦二形成された延出側の嵌入凹
所(二、金属製の操作レバーを係止孔が形成された先端
部分より嵌入した後、この延出側の係止孔に対応する部
分をプレスして係止孔内じ陥没させ、操作レバーに対し
て操作釦を取付けるよう(ニしたものである。
(ホ)実−施例 以下1本発明Cよる操作釦の取付方法について説明する
即ち、第3図1alにボす如く簡単な成形構造である合
成樹脂製の操作釦(6+c形成された延出側(6a)の
嵌入凹所(6b)に、金属製の操作レバー(7)t−係
止孔(7a)が形成された先4部分より嵌入した後、第
3図(b)[c)c示す如くこの延出側(6a)の係止
孔(7a)に対応する部分を係止孔(7a)の径りより
幾分小さい径りのビン(8)にてプレスして係止孔(7
a)内に陥没させ、操作レバー(70:対して操作釦(
6)を取付ける。尚、(9)は支え台である。ここで、
陥没させるC:要する力は数10#程度であるため、小
型ハンドプレス又は小型エアーシリンダー等の簡単な設
備≦二て充分に行なうことが出来る。
尚、第5図は他の実施例を示し係止孔(7a)(二対窓
する延出側(6a)’のF側が切入かれ℃。
プレス時に支え台(9)が直接操作レバー(7)にあて
がわれるようになつそいる。
(イ)発明の効果 上述した如く本発明の操作釦の取付方法(二依れば1合
成樹脂製の操作釦の一部をプレスして操作レバーの係止
孔に陥没させることで取付けるようC二しているので、
別途の止め螺子や止□めピンが不要となり、且つ操作釦
自体の金型構造も止め螺子等の挿通孔を用しないため簡
単になる。そして。
駈る方法(二依れば接、蓄剤を用いる方法に比して取付
けI:対する信頼性も高(、また超音波接着時のような
極度な異音を発することもないと謂う優れた効果を発揮
し得るものである。

  1. (1)合成樹脂製の操作釦6二形成された蝉出脚の嵌入
    凹所I:、金属製の操作レバーを係止孔が形成された先
    端部分より嵌入した後、この延出脚の係止孔6二対応す
    る部分をプレスして係止孔内C二陥没させ、操作レバー
    二対し工操作釦を取付けるiう菰ニした事を特徴とする
    操作釦の取付方法。
