Claims (1)
- 赤外線吸収式ガス分析による混合ガス中の水蒸気成分の
測定装置において、赤外線放射源と、前記水蒸気成分を
含む混合ガスが導入され前記赤外゛ 線放射源からの
赤外線が照射される測定セルと、この測定セルを透過し
た非選択性受光器と、前記赤外線放射源と受光器との間
の光路に配置された選択セルとを備え、1つの選択セル
の封入ガスが六弗化硫黄ガスを含んでいることを特徴と
する混合ガス中の水蒸気成分の測定装置。
