Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the effect of interference components and realize the apparatus with a simple constitution by passing part of light of an infrared source through a measuring cell containing a specimen gas, and passing the other part of the light through an interference cell containing measuring components of a fixed density and a compensating cell containing the specimen gas.
