    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）陽極と陰極が配置された放電室と、該放電室−に
    イオン化ガスを供給する手段と、該陽極と陰極の間に高
    電圧を印加する手段と、該放電室を覆う如く配置された
    磁気シールドケースより成るイオン照射装置。　　　　
    　　　　　　　パ（２）該放電室を覆う如く陰極が配置
    されておりン゛該陰極を透磁率の高い材料で形成した実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のイオン照射装置。
