Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 イ、産業上の利用分野 本発明は特に建染染料、硫化バット染料、硫化染料等の
Ｎ■元溶解性を有する染料による染色に適用される染色
方法に関するものである。
口、従来技術 例えば建染染料、硫化バット染料、硫化染料等は水に不
溶性の染料であり、染色に際しては建染染料、硫化バッ
ト染料は苛性ソーダ、ハイドロサルファイド等で硫化染
料はソーダ灰、硫化ソーダ等で還元して水溶性となし、
かくして得られた水溶性液を繊維に接触せしめて染色を
行ない、その後、空気酸化、酸化剤等により繊維上に染
料を固定するものである。
しかし、染色中に該水溶液が空気等に接触して酸化、あ
るいは水酸化が起り染料が不溶化する。
従って従来では上記染料の空気酸化あるいは水酸化によ
る不溶化が原因となる染色斑及び酸化−還元一酸化一還
元による染色堅牢度の低下が不可避なものであった。
ハ０発明の目的 本発明は上記従来の欠点を・解消して還元水溶中の染料
の酸化、水酸化を完全に防止し、もって染色斑、染色堅
牢度の低下を防止することを目的とするものでちる。
二９発明の構成と実施例 上記目的を達成するために本発明は、不活性ガヌを均一
に還元染浴中に気泡状に吹き込むことにより染色を行な
う染色装置である。
本発明にいう不活性ガスとは例えば窒素ガス、アルゴン
ガス、ヘリウムガス等の化学的に不活性なものである。
次に本発明の染色装置を詳述する。
噴射式自動紹染機の場合、上記染料の還元染浴中に不活
性ガスを１・５　ｋｇ７．．４にて均一化した気泡状の
ガスを連続的に吹き込み、染浴中より染色機内の空気を
完全に出して染色を行なう。　この場合、水酸化を防止
、又空気の混入を防ぐために０・５　ｋｇ／ｃ４の不活
性ガスを還元染浴中に連続的に吹き込みながら不活性ガ
ス中で染色を行なう装置である。
綿ニット及び織物の染色の場合には還元染浴中に焼結管
にて均一な不活性ガス（１・５に９／、Ｊ　）を気泡状
として発生させ染色機の上部より空気を取り出しその後
０・５　ｋｇ／ｃ４の圧力にて不活性ガスを連続的に吹
き込みつつ不活性ガス中にて染色を行なう染色装置であ
る。
ホ０発明の効果 上記の如く、本発明によれば還元性染料の空気酸化、水
酸化を防止することにより実施上極めて有効な染色装置
である。

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、不活性ガスを均一な気泡状として染液中に連続的に
    吹き込み、不活性ガス中で染色を行なうことを特徴とす
    る染色方法。 ２、上記染色に使用する染料は還元溶解性を有する染料
    を使用する特許請求の範囲第１項記載の染色方法。 ３、上記不活性ガスは、アルゴンガス、窒素ガス、ヘリ
    ウムガス等の化学的に不活性なものである特許請求の範
    囲第１項記載の染色方法。
