用防音断熱板として、第１図に示したようなメタルラス
１２の両面に発泡ポリエチレンシート１１及び１３を貼
合せ、表面に塩ビシート等からなる表皮１４を接着した
上、これら積層構造物を冷間プレス成形することにより
