An embodiment of the soundproof panel according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the above-mentioned panel, and 1 is a main body made of a metal plate or a synthetic resin plate to have a concave cross section, and an insertion part 4 and an engaging groove in the middle of the left and right side walls 2 and 3. 5 is provided, the lower end edge of the side wall 2 is bent inward to form a tongue piece 6, the lower end edge of the other side wall 3 is bent inward, and the tongue piece 6 is bent outward again and protrudes, parallel to the side wall 3 in the middle. It is composed of a protrusion 7, which is further extended, and a tongue piece 8 whose tip is bent. Especially subject 1
The decorative surface 1a has a wavy cross-section and is provided with a large number of through holes 9 of different or identical diameters to improve sound absorption. 10 is a core material formed by laminating metal fibers 11 and glass fibers 12, and the metal fibers 11 are made of lead fibers, iron fibers, iridium fibers, etc., and are mainly used as both sound insulating and sound absorbing materials. It is something that glass fiber 12
primarily functions as a sound absorbing material. Reference numeral 13 denotes a backing material, which is made by laminating a lead foil 14 and a sheet-like material 15 together, and mainly functions as a sound insulating material and a waterproofing material. The lead foil 14 has a thickness of about 0.1 to 1 mm and mainly functions as a sound insulating material, and the sheet material 15 may be made of kraft paper, asbestos paper, synthetic resin film, asphalt felt,
It has a laminated structure of one or more of PVC sheet and aluminum foil, and mainly functions as a reinforcing material, waterproofing material, and radiation material. In addition, the size of the soundproof panel is
H 0 > H 1 , H 2 = H 3 , H 5 > H 4 , H 6 = H 7 , H 0 = H 1
There is a relationship of +H 8 and l 2 ≧ l 1 .

次ぎに施工例につき説明する。 Next, construction examples will be explained.

Assume now that soundproof panels are connected and a soundproof wall is formed on the interior side as shown in FIG. To explain further, the soundproof panel has H 0 = 27mm, H 1 =
25 mm, H 2 = 20 mm, H 3 = 20 mm, the main body 1 is a 0.27 mm color steel plate, an appropriate number of through holes 9 with a diameter of 2 to 8 mm are bored, and lead fiber (thickness
The core material 10 is filled in the concave shape of the main body 1, and is filled with a core material 10 made of a 2 mm thick pine-like material (150 microns) laminated with 18 mm of pine material made of glass fiber with a density of 50 Kg/m 3 , and on top of that is a 2 mm thick pine-like material made of pine-like material (150 microns) and a 18 mm thick pine material made of glass fiber with a density of 50 kg/m 3 . The back material 13 made of laminated aluminum foil is laminated, and the core material 10 is placed inside the main body 1 by the surface 1a of the main body and the back material 13.
This is a soundproof panel with 0 sandwiched between them. Therefore, the torso edge A
A soundproof wall is formed by repeatedly fixing and connecting the soundproof panels α and β with nails B as shown in the figure. The sound insulation and sound absorption properties of this soundproof wall are shown in FIGS. 3 and 4.

What has been described above is only one embodiment of the soundproof panel according to the present invention, and as shown in FIG.
It is also possible to form a glass fiber-metal fiber-glass fiber structure. Furthermore, when connecting the soundproof panels, as shown in FIG. 6, a hot melt type packing material 16 can be interposed between the side walls to further improve the soundproofing properties.
