[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a panel useful for constructing the outer wall of an architectural or structural building. Conventionally, various materials such as mortar walls, bricks, and panels have been used to construct walls. However, when constructing a wall using panels, the width of the panels is narrow, the connection structure lacks strength, there are problems with insulation, fire prevention, and renovation, the waterproofness is poor, and the heads of the fixings are visible on the outside. There were weaknesses such as being exposed. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention uses a hatch-shaped cross-section of the panel to separate the decorative surface and the mounting part, and also ensures that the mounting part is securely connected to the mounting part without using the conventional male-female engagement structure. To provide a wide and large panel which is fixed to a building foundation, and which has greatly improved workability, heat insulation and waterproof properties. An embodiment of the panel joint structure according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above panel, and 1
is a panel with a hat-shaped cross section and a long main body 2, a core material 8 with a cross-sectional shape of a hat attached to the back side of the main body 2, and the exposed surface of the core material 8 in the longitudinal direction is covered. The back material 9 is formed into a sandwich structure. To explain further, the main body 2 is formed from a hard base material such as metal (Al, Fe, Cu, stainless steel) or synthetic resin into the above shape by press working, extrusion molding, etc., as shown in FIG. That is, the main body 2 has a rectangular decorative surface 3 and a decorative surface 3.
A fitting groove 5 having both side edges extended downward, a fitting groove 5 having a lower edge recessed inward, a protrusion 6 extending horizontally outward from the lower edge thereof, and a protrusion 6 whose tip protrudes upward. It is composed of a tongue piece 7. The fitting groove 5 is used to fit a cover material D (described later) for the joints formed when a wall is constructed using this panel, and also functions as reinforcement for the panel itself. It is something. Also, the length of subject 2
L 1 is about 1000-7000mm, width W 1 is 300-900mm, overall width
W 2 is 400 to 1100 mm, width W 3 of protrusion 6 is 20 to 100
mm, the fitting groove 5 has a semicircular or elliptical shape, and has a radius r
is 2 to 5 mm, the depth d is the same as r or about 3 to 10 mm, and the height H1 is 10 to 100 mm. Furthermore, the core material 8 mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a waterproof material, a sound absorbing material, a buffering material, or a fireproofing material. The material is
A structure in which one or more layers of one or more types of polyisocyanurate foam, polyurethane foam, phenol foam, polystyrene foam, etc., or mineral fibers, inorganic molded bodies, such as rock wool, gypsum board, aluminum silicate plate, etc. are laminated in one layer or multiple layers. It consists of Note that the core material 8 is made by discharging raw materials onto the back surface of the main body 2 and integrating it with a mold structure, or by integrating the molded body with an adhesive, and its thicknesses t 1 and t 2 are t 1 = 15 ~
200 mm, t 2 = about 5 to 50 mm. The backing material 9 mainly covers and reinforces the core material 8, waterproofing material, moisture proofing material, fireproofing material, cushioning material, building base, and core material 8.
It serves as an isolator to prevent direct contact between An example of this backing material 9 is metal (Al, Cu, Fe, Pb, stainless steel thin plate, foil body).
It is made of one or more of synthetic resin sheets, asbestos paper, asphalt felt, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, kraft paper, nonwoven fabric, and foamed sheets. Next, a construction example will be explained. Now, in order to construct the outer wall as shown in Fig. 3, panel 1 as shown in Fig. 1 is attached to the rim A with nails B.
Next, adjacent panels 1 ' are fixed with nails B with the side walls 8a of the core material 8 in contact with each other as shown in the figure to form a joint C, and this concave joint C
A cover material D having a concave cross section shown by a dashed dotted line is inserted from the direction of the arrow through the elastic deformation of the legs to surround the nail head exposed at the joint C, the gap between the tongue pieces 7, etc. This completes the decoration of the joint C, and by repeating this process, the entire exterior wall is constructed. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the panel according to the present invention, and it can also be constructed as shown in FIGS. 4a to 4i. That is, figure a shows a panel 1 with a protrusion 6a provided in the middle of the protrusion 6, figure b shows a panel 1 with a chamfered side edge of the decorative surface 3, figure c shows a panel 1 with a protrusion 4a provided on the side surface 4, Figure d shows the panel 1 with both side edges of the core material 8 protruding from the tongue piece 7, figure e shows the panel 1 with the core member 8 shifted, figure f shows the panel 1 with the tongue piece 7 protruding, and figure g shows the panel 1 that is fitted. Panel 1 with a modified matching groove, Figure h is Panel 1 with a step on the decorative surface 3, i
The figure shows a panel 1 in which the core material 8 is formed from a foam 8a and an inorganic plate 8b, making the panel 1 fireproof and heat insulating . As mentioned above, according to the panel according to the present invention,
The hat-shaped cross section allows wide panels to be securely and firmly attached to the building base. In addition, since the panels are simply installed, it is extremely easy to drive nails, etc., and the panels are highly efficient. Furthermore, since a core material is interposed between the main body of the panel and the base, there is an advantage that heat conduction from the front and back surfaces is not directly conducted. Furthermore, when a wall is formed using panels, the heads of fixtures and the like are not exposed at the joints, resulting in a beautiful appearance. Other features include that it is extremely easy to integrate different types of core materials and the main body, and that it can be produced at low cost.
