[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a panel useful for constructing the outer wall of architecture and structures. Conventionally, various materials such as mortar walls, bricks, and panels have been used to construct walls. However, when constructing a wall using panels, the width of the panels is narrow, the connecting structure lacks strength, there are problems with insulation, fire prevention, and renovation, the waterproofness is poor, and the heads of fixings are exposed on the outside. There were weaknesses such as: Furthermore, the joints of walls where large panels are installed are covered with covers, but it is not very easy to attach these covers. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention has a structure in which the panel has a hat-shaped cross section to separate the decorative surface and the mounting part, and it fixes both ends instead of using the conventional male and female engagement structure. To provide a wide and large panel whose mounting part is securely fixed to a building base, and whose workability, heat insulation, and waterproofness are greatly improved. EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION Below, one Example of the joint structure of the panel based on this invention is demonstrated in detail using drawing. That is, FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the above panel,
1 is a panel having a hat-shaped cross section and an elongated surface material 2; a core material 8 with a hat-shaped cross section attached to the back surface of the surface material 2; and an exposed longitudinal direction of the core material 8. It is formed into a sandwich structure from a backing material 9 whose surface is covered. To explain further, the surface material 2 is made of metals (A, Fe, Cu,
A hard base material such as stainless steel or synthetic resin is molded into the above shape by press working, extrusion molding, or the like. That is, the surface material 2 has a rectangular decorative surface 3.
and a side surface 4 in which both side edges of the decorative surface 3 are extended downward; a fitting groove 5 in which the lower edge of the side surface 4 is recessed inward; After that, it is composed of a horizontally formed protrusion 6 and a tongue piece 7 whose tip is upwardly protruded. The fitting grooves 5 are useful for easily fitting the cover material (described later) at the joints formed when a wall is constructed using this panel and preventing it from coming off, and also for the purpose of fitting the cover material (described later) at the joints formed when a wall is constructed using this panel. It also functions as reinforcement. In addition, the protrusion 6 serves as a fixed end of the panel 1 , and the panel 1 is fixed at both ends by fixing it to the rim etc. with nails etc. during construction. Can be fixed. Furthermore, the tongue piece 7 prevents the installer from being injured at the tip of the protruding part 6, and also makes the edge of the protruding part 6 straight so that the joints are constant when the panels 1 are butted together during construction, and when the cover is attached. This eliminates the gap between the two and contributes to improved waterproofness. In addition, the length L 1 of the surface material 2 is 1000~
Approximately 7000mm, width W 1 is 300~900mm, total width W2 is 400~
1100mm, width W3 of protrusion 6 is 20-100mm, W4 is 5
~15mm, W 5 is 15~80mm, fitting groove 5 is semicircular or circular, radius r is 2~5mm, depth d is the same as r or about 3~10mm, θ is 5~45° position, height H 1 is 10
~100mm. Furthermore, the core material 8 mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a waterproof material, a sound absorbing material, a buffering material, or a fireproofing material. The materials include polyisocyanurate foam, polyurethane foam,
It has a structure in which one or more layers of phenol foam, polystyrene foam, or mineral fibers, inorganic molded bodies, such as rock wool, gypsum board, and aluminum silicate plate are laminated. To explain further, the core material 8 has a hat-shaped cross section, and its upper part fills a gutter-shaped part surrounded by the decorative surface 3 and side surfaces 4 of the surface material 2, and its lower part bulges downward from the protruding part 6. The condition is as follows. Therefore, when the panel 1 is installed, the core material 8 is laid over the entire surface of the base including the rim, and the above-mentioned function of the core material 8 is exerted over the entire wall surface. Note that the core material 8 is made by discharging raw materials onto the back surface of the surface material 2 and integrating it with a mold structure, or by integrating the molded body with an adhesive, and its thicknesses t 1 and t 2 are t 1 =
15 to 200 mm, and t 2 = about 5 to 50 mm. The backing material 9 mainly serves as a covering for the core material 8, a reinforcing material, a waterproofing material, a moisture-proofing material, a fireproofing material, a cushioning material, and an isolating material to prevent the core material 8 from coming into direct contact with the building base. be. An example of this backing material 9 is a thin plate of metal (A, Cu, Fe, Pb, stainless steel,
The material is made of one or more of the following: foil, synthetic resin sheet, asbestos paper, asphalt felt, glass fiber nonwoven fabric, kraft paper, nonwoven fabric, and foamed sheet. Next, construction examples will be explained. Now, in order to construct the outer wall as shown in Fig. 3, panel 1 as shown in Fig. 1 is attached to the rim A with nails B.
Next, as shown in the figure, the side walls 8a of the core material 8 are brought into contact with each other, and the adjacent panels 1' are fixed with nails B.
A cover D having a concave cross section shown by a two-dot chain line is inserted into this concave joint C from the direction of the arrow through elastic deformation of the legs, and is exposed at the joint C. By enclosing the nail heads and the gaps between the tongue pieces 7, etc., and completing the decoration of the joints, the entire exterior wall is constructed by repeating these steps. In the exterior wall constructed in this manner, both ends of the panel 1 at the protruding portion 6 are fixed to the rim A with nails B, and even if the panel 1 is made wide, it will not come off. Never. Furthermore, since the panel 1 is securely fixed, the cover D will not come off. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the panel according to the present invention, and it can also be constructed as shown in FIGS. 4a to 4c. That is, figure a shows a panel in which the protrusion 6 is inclined at an angle θ, figure b shows a panel in which a waterproof protrusion 6a is provided in the middle of the horizontal part of the protrusion 6, and figure c shows a panel in which the side surface 4 is inclined inward. This is a panel that makes it easier to attach the cover D. As mentioned above, according to the panel according to the present invention,
Since the cross section is shaped like a hat and the protrusions at both ends are fixed, the wide panel can be reliably and firmly attached to the building base. Also,
Since the panels are simply installed, it is extremely easy to drive nails, etc., and the panels are highly efficient. Furthermore, since the core material is interposed between the surface material and the base of the panel, there is an advantage that heat is not directly conducted from the front and back surfaces. In addition, when walls are formed using panels, the joint covers are easy to attach and do not fall off, and the heads of fixing tools are not exposed at the joints, resulting in a beautiful appearance. There are features that can be formed. Other features include that it is extremely easy to integrate dissimilar core materials and surface materials, and can be produced at low cost.
