The present invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) that can pass the so-called box test, which is an additional test to the semi-flammability test (JIS-A-1321). Recently, with the tightening of fire prevention regulations, organic polymer foams such as polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, or composite boards using such foams, such as composite boards made by sandwiching the foam with thin metal sheets and paper, have become compliant. Even if it passed the nonflammability test, it could not pass the additional test. The biggest cause was that the total calorific value greatly exceeded the standard value. Moreover, the main cause of this is the foam as mentioned above near the connection between the boards, or the foam mixed with inorganic material, which is burned by hot air and flame, and the hot air gradually penetrates into the core material. Because it does. In order to eliminate these drawbacks, the present invention provides a spacer made of high-density phenol foam on the back side of the connection part of the board, and also laminates a non-flammable surface material - fire-retardant synthetic resin foam - phenol foam - sheet material in this order. Integrated, lightweight and flameless,
The present invention proposes a board that can pass both of the above tests by suppressing the intrusion of hot air into the interior through the connecting portion, and further suppressing the amount of smoke and combustion of the two core members. Below, the board according to the present invention will be described in detail using the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a typical example of the board, in which 1 is a surface material, 15
1 is a fireproof synthetic resin foam, 16 is a phenol foam, 17 is a spacer, and 19 is a sheet-like material. To explain further, the surface material 1 is, for example, a second
As shown in the figure, thin metal plates (flat plates, embossed plates) such as surface-treated steel plates, galvanized steel plates, galvalume steel plates, and stainless steel plates are formed by roll forming, pressing, or (not shown) extrusion and drawing. That is, the surface material 1 has a rectangular decorative surface 2, side walls 3 and 4 whose both sides are bent inward or raised, a main body 5 having a concave cross section, and a lower end of the side wall 3 protruding outward to create a difference. A male connecting portion 8 formed from a joint edge 6 and a tongue piece 7 provided at its tip, an insertion groove 9 formed inwardly into a U-shape at the lower end of the side wall 4, and a lower edge 10 of the insertion groove 9. It is composed of an extension part 11 which projects outwardly, and a female connecting part 14 in which a protrusion 12 and a tongue piece 13 are provided at the tip of the extension part 11 if necessary. Also,
The fireproof synthetic resin foam 15 is in the concave portion 5' of the main body 5.
In addition to being filled in the raw material state, it also functions as an adhesive and forms a carbonized layer under high heat. One example is polyisocyanurate foam mixed with one or more of water glass, silicic acid powder, borax, soda carbonate, and soda fluoride, dried and crushed, or mixed with perlite. It is a foam that has added aggregate such as grains. In addition, Phenol Foam 16 is lightweight, has a carbonized layer, and has almost no dimensional deformation even under high heat, and has a density of approximately 30 to 60 kg/kg.
m3 . The width W 1 is △W + the dimension to the deepest part of the insertion groove 9, and △W is the relief part 1 when connecting the boards.
8. Note that the thickness t is 5
~50mm. Further, the spacer 17 is connected to the lower edge 10
It is the width that covers the extension part 11, and is mainly used for rigidity,
It has heat insulating properties, is lighter than inorganic materials, does not undergo dimensional deformation even under high heat, and retains its original shape as a carbonized layer. A specific example is a high-density phenol foam, with a density of about 70-200 Kg/m 3 . Furthermore, sheet-like material 1
9 is a lamination of one or more metal foils of kraft paper, asbestos paper, and glass fiber nonwoven fabric (Al, Cu, Pb). Of course, the metal foil may also be laminated with a synthetic resin film of micron size. In addition, the sheet-like material 19
In this embodiment, a fireproof synthetic resin foam 15, a phenol foam 16, and a spacer 17 are integrally interposed between the surface material 1 and the sheet-like material 19, and are bonded to the back surface of these materials via an adhesive. Next, examples will be described. First, the surface material 1 is a colored steel plate (thickness 0.27
mm), width W 1 of decorative surface 2 is 296 mm, height h 1 of side wall 3
8mm, width W 2 of phenol form 16 is 250
mm, height h2 from decorative surface 2 to lower edge 10 is 10.5
mm, the height △h of the insertion groove 9 is 3.5mm, the width W 3 from the deepest part of the insertion groove 9 to the tongue piece 13 is 34mm, △W is 13mm,
W 4 is 33mm. The fireproof synthetic resin foam 15 is polyisocyanurate foam with a density of 30 Kg/m 3 , the phenol foam 16 has a density of 40 Kg/m 3 , the spacer 17 has a density of 100 Kg/m 3 ,
The sheet material 19 is made of asbestos paper laminated with aluminum foil. Therefore, a board as shown in FIG. 1 was manufactured. In addition, surface material 1 ,
The phenol foam 16, the spacer 17, and the sheet-like material 19 are integrated with at least a portion of an adhesive (not shown) interposed therebetween. In addition, as a comparative example, the surface material has the same shape and material as the example, and the back surface of the surface material 1 as a core material is completely filled with phenol foam (28Kg/m 3 ) by molding, and the cross-sectional shape is It is the same as the example. Therefore, for both test pieces, JIS-A-
The surface test and additional test (box test) of 1321 were conducted, and the results were as shown in the table below.

Furthermore, in order to construct the board according to the present invention, the board α 1 is fixed to a frame A such as a rim or a stud via nails B as shown in FIG. Next, inserting the insertion edge 6 of the board α 2 into the insertion groove 9 of the board α 1 may be repeated in sequence. In addition, when installing the above board, it is easy to drive the nails B, and the extension part 1
1 was straight and easy to construct. What has been described above is one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, in which the surface material 1 is formed as shown in FIGS. 4a to 4f, and the spacers 17 are formed as shown in FIGS. Or you can change the board to, for example, Figure 6a~
It can also be configured as shown in g. That is, FIG. 4a shows a surface material 1 in which the lower end of the side wall 3 is bent inward to form a protrusion 3a to better sandwich the core material 15, and FIG. 4b shows a surface material 1 in which the side wall 3 is inclined. Figure c shows the surface material 1 with tongue pieces 13 formed as shown in the figure, figure d shows the surface material 1 with ribs 2a formed on the decorative surface 2, figures e and f show the insert edge 6 formed as shown in the figure. This is surface material 1 . In addition, FIG. 5a shows the spacer 17
The spacer 17 whose side surface in contact with the phenol form 16 is inclined, and the spacer 17 shown in FIG. 1B is formed into a trapezoidal shape. In addition, FIG. 6a shows a sheet material 19 interposed between the back surface of the surface material 1 and the fire-retardant synthetic resin foam 15, and the back surface of the extension part 11 and the spacer 1.
Figure b shows a board in which only the back side of the spacer 17 is covered with a sheet-like material 19, and figure c shows a board in which only the back side of the phenol foam 16 is covered with a sheet-like material 19. The coated board, shown in figure d, is a board in which a sheet-like material 19 is held between tongues 7, and has a structure that suppresses leakage of combustion gas to the outside, and figure e is a board with a spacer 17
Figures f and g show fire-retardant synthetic resin foam 15 and phenol foam 1.
This is a board in which a sheet-like material 19 is interposed between 6 and 6, and the fire resistance is further strengthened. As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention, the joints, which are the weakest points in terms of heat, and especially the female joints that maintain the board's attached state, are separated by spacers that have fire resistance and dimensional stability. Because it is fixed, it does not deform even under high heat, and the board can be securely fixed to the rim etc., and has the feature of suppressing the intrusion of flame and hot air from the connecting parts. In addition, since the fire-retardant synthetic resin foam is sandwiched between the surface material and the phenol foam under high heat, it carbonizes more and has less change in shape.Furthermore, since the phenol foam is a molded product, the total calorific value, It has a characteristic that the heat generation rate is low and falls within the acceptance criteria of the box test. In addition, the board was constructed with a dimensionally stable spacer on the back of the extension, which lacks elasticity, making it easy to drive nails, and without causing any wavy distortion on the extension.
It has a feature that makes it easy to insert the insertion edge into the insertion groove. In addition, since spacers are lighter than other inorganic materials, they have the advantage of reducing board weight and cost. Of course, in a steady state, the board has excellent heat insulation properties and has a beautiful appearance that suppresses oil cans that occur on the decorative surface. In addition, because the fire-retardant synthetic resin foam, phenol foam, and spacer were sandwiched together with the surface material and sheet-like material, they had mechanical strength, and the self-adhesive properties during the formation of the fire-retardant synthetic resin foam allowed them to bond together. It has the characteristic that the amount of agent used can be significantly reduced.
