[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention uses a heat insulating material that also serves as an adhesive, a fireproof plate that also serves as a reinforcement and a fireproof layer, and a fireproof reinforcing material as a connecting part and a decorative material between a surface material and a backing material that have male and female joints. This invention relates to a siding board (hereinafter simply referred to as a board) that is arranged in the center of the back surface and is integrally constructed. The purpose of this is to strengthen the fireproofness of the joints and the center, which are the weakest points in terms of fireproofing, when connecting boards to form a wall, as well as to improve the mountain-like appearance of wide decorative surfaces.
The purpose is to suppress distortion and stiffness, and to strengthen the engagement force. Recently, there has been a trend for panels with organic polymer foam cores to be subject to additional tests for polymer composite fire protection materials, but it is difficult for polymer materials alone to pass the test. In addition, when the decorative surface becomes wide, the dimensions of the core material as described above change depending on the temperature, causing the decorative surface to become mountain-like, and the distortion of the surface material itself during molding is not corrected, resulting in the appearance of a flat surface. . Furthermore, due to the cushioning properties of the core material in the joints of this type of panels, the nails bounce when driven, making it difficult to install and nail, as well as poor work efficiency. There were disadvantages such as causing dents on the surface. Moreover, if the core material is deformed or has cushioning properties, the connecting force becomes weaker than that of a rigid body. In order to eliminate such drawbacks, the present invention has a
By interposing a fireproof plate that also serves as reinforcement, it suppresses the intrusion of flame and hot air from the above-mentioned joints, which are thermally weak points, and can pass the polymer composite fireproofing material test. Moreover, there is no cracking on the decorative surface. The present invention proposes a board that prevents the connecting portion from coming off, facilitates board driving, and enhances nail pull-out resistance. An embodiment of the board according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a typical example of the board, in which 1 is a surface material, 15 is a heat insulating material, 16 and 17 are fireproof plates, and 18
is a fireproof plate and reinforcement material (hereinafter simply referred to as a spacer),
Reference numeral 19 is a backing material, and the heat insulating material 15, fireproof plates 16, 17, and spacer 18 are sandwiched between the face material 1 and the back material 19, and these constituent materials are bonded together by the self-adhesive property of the insulating material 15 when forming the foam. It is formed in one piece. To explain further, the surface material 1 is a metal material,
For example, it is formed from one type of color steel plate, gulf steel, zinc chrome metal, aluminum, stainless steel, etc. into a predetermined shape by roll forming, pressing, injection molding, or extrusion molding. That is, the surface material 1 has a rectangular decorative surface 2, a main body 5 formed with a concave cross section from side walls 3 and 4 whose longitudinal edges are bent inward, and a main body 5 having a concave cross section, and a lower end of the side wall 3 extending outward. A male connecting portion 8 is formed from a protruding insertion edge 6 and a tongue piece 7 whose tip is bent, an insertion groove 9 is formed by bending the lower end of the side wall 4 inward in a U-shape, and A female type connection formed by an extension part 11 extending the lower edge 10 outward, a protrusion 12 provided in the middle of the extension part parallel to the side wall 4 as necessary, and a tongue piece 13 by bending the tip of the extension part 11. It is composed of a section 14. The heat insulating material 15 is made of a foam structure that is lightweight and has high heat insulation, waterproof, and fire retardant properties, such as polyurethane foam, polyisocyanurate foam, phenol foam, polyphenylene foam, or polyamide foam.
It is made by laminating seeds together and mainly functions as a heat insulating material, a core material, a bulking material, an adhesive (only when forming a foam), a waterproofing material, and a fireproofing material. In addition,
To form the heat insulating material 15, one or two of these foam raw materials are discharged into the concave portion of the surface material 1 by a one-shot method, reacted, foamed, and hardened to fix the constituent materials together. In addition, fire prevention plates 16,1
7 and the spacer 18 are considerably rigid, such as gypsum board, rock wool, slate, wood wool cement board, noncombustible synthetic resin foam, foamed concrete board, foamed gypsum, perlite board, inorganic porous board, glass wool board, One or more types of combustible sheathing insulation boards are formed into a long board, and are mainly used as a fireproof layer,
It functions as a reinforcing material. In addition, the spacer 18 has additional functions as a nail pull-out resistance material, a material for preventing rebound during nail driving, and a material for preventing deformation of the surface material 1 . The back material 19 may be made of, for example, kraft paper, asbestos paper, gypsum paper, glass fiber, non-woven fabric such as synthetic resin, metal foil (Al,
Pb), foam sheet (3-4 mm), asphalt felt, etc., or a sheet made by sandwiching wire mesh with sheet materials on both sides in order to retain its shape at high temperatures. It consists of one type of thing. here,
To explain an example of the dimensions of each part of the board according to the present invention, the thickness T of the heat insulating material 15 is about 10 to 50 mm;
The thickness t1 of the part protruding from the back side of the insertion edge 6 is 2~
The width Δl from the side wall 3 to the side surface 15a of the insulation material 15 is approximately 30 mm, which is the depth d 1 of the insertion groove 9 and the width W 1 of the extension part 11.
It is determined by etc. Furthermore, fireproof board 1
6 is the width W 2 = 10 to 50 mm, the thickness t 2 = about 5 to 12 mm, the width of the fireproof plate 17 W 3 = Δl, W 3 〓 Δl, the thickness t 3 is the side wall 3
The height is the same as that of . Moreover, the spacer 18
W 4 = d 1 + W 1 , W 4 〓d 1 + W 1 , thickness t 4 ≒ t 1 ,
Alternatively, if the dimension from the back surface of the decorative surface 2 to the lower edge 10 is h, then t 4 =T−h. Next, an example of construction of the board according to the present invention will be explained. That is, in order to install a board as shown in FIG. 1 as shown in FIG. Fixed to. Next, insert edge 6 of board○ro
is inserted into the insertion groove 9, and the extension part 11 at the other end (not shown) is fixed to the barrel A in the same manner as above with a nail B. Therefore, in order to form the wall, such steps may be repeated in sequence. What has been described above is only one embodiment of the board according to the present invention, and the board and spacer 18 can be formed as shown in FIGS. 3a-g and 4a-c. That is, in FIG. 3a, the lower end of the side wall 3 of the surface material 1 is bent inward and then bent outward to form the protrusion 3.
A board having a surface material 1 which prevents the separation of the heat insulating material 15 and has fire prevention plates 16 and 17 formed and arranged as shown in the figure; A board that stably supports the surface material 1 and the fireproof plate 16, and also fixes the spacer 18 to the lower edge 10 and the extension part 11 via the adhesive 20, and is easy to manufacture. Figure d is a board with fire prevention plates 16, 17 and spacers 18 formed as shown in the figure, Figure e is a board with a through hole 18a drilled in the middle of the spacer 18, and the surface material 1 and spacer 18 are bonded together with a heat insulating material 15. Figure f shows a board in which the fireproof plate 16 is formed to have the same thickness as the heat insulating material 15 and a groove is provided in the center, g.
The figure shows a board with spacers 18 formed as shown. Note that the spacer 18 may be made to protrude from the tongue piece 14 as shown by the two-dot chain line in Figure A, or the back material 19 may be attached as shown by the two-dot chain line in Figure C. Alternatively, as shown by the two-dot chain line in Figure d, a board may be formed with a fireproof foam layer on which borax and pearlite grains are laid and fixed. Furthermore, the spacer 18 can also be formed as shown in FIGS. 4a-c. That is, figure a shows a spacer 18 with a protrusion 18b formed in the middle of the surface corresponding to the protrusion 12, figure b shows a concave spacer 18, and figure c shows a covering material 21 such as a film or paint film.
Spacer 1 with reinforced waterproofing by covering the exposed surface with
It is 8. Although not shown, the fire prevention plates 16, 1
7 and the spacer 18 may be impregnated or coated with one or more of borax, water glass, sodium borate, and sodium phosphate to further strengthen the fire resistance of the joint. Furthermore, insulation material 1
In 5, one or more of borates, silicates, fibrous materials, inorganic porous particles, etc. can be added and mixed.
Borates include borax and sodium metaborate; silicates include powdered water glass and sodium metasilicate; inorganic porous particles include pearlite particles, vermiculite,
One or more types such as whitebait balloons. In addition, the above additives should be added in an amount of 50 to 100 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the foam raw material.
The amount is in the range of 300 parts by weight, and it can also be formed to have performance that can reliably pass the combustion test for semi-incombustible materials of JIS-A-1321. As mentioned above, according to the board according to the present invention,
A fireproof board is placed in the center of the back of the decorative surface as a batten, and the corner formed by the side wall on the male connection part side and the decorative surface, the central part and lower edge of the back of the decorative surface, and the back of the extension part. Because a spacer is installed in the surface, no cracks will appear on the decorative surface, and in terms of fire protection, the weakest point, the male and female joints, is significantly strengthened in fire protection. In addition, fire prevention boards and spacers are surface materials,
It suppresses deformation due to temperature and heat of the insulation material and backing material, so it has the feature of eliminating deformation and detachment of the board. Furthermore, due to its balance of weight reduction, fire resistance, and strength, it can pass tests for polymer fire protection composite materials without sacrificing its insulation properties. Another feature of board construction is that it is highly efficient because there is no bounce when nails are driven.
